White bump on meatus - anxiety , depressed

hello,

i could really appreciate some help.

Im not sure of these have always been here but fir some reason im more aware and have become extremely anxious at what this could be and would like some help.

i have a small white bump in my urethra near meatus, it doesnt hurt, itch, burn, and theres no discharge or anything.

i also have this white skin on my frenulum...

any thoughts would be highly valued.imageimage
