I will be surprised if it is not Herpes.
Please go to your GUM clinic and ask for a SWAP and IGM and IGG blood test for HSV1 and HSV2.
If it is Herpes please note that by law you should inform current or any future intimate partners or you can risk getting sued for spreading infection. There is no cure for Herpes and condoms does not provide protection. You can also still be contagious even when you do not have symptoms.
Please do not touch your genitals or wash your hand soon after as you can spread the virus to your fingers , mouth, eyes and different areas of the body.
Pls update

They won't do IGG or IGM as it's not under the nhs they can do the swab pcr test though

Some of them will do it but yes normally they dont especially if they are not suspecting it or the patient isnt insisting on having the test. Unfortunately not including herpes on the standard STD check lead to increase in herpes , even children now have herpes. Herpes can cause complications specifically to babies , people with compromised immune system, auto immune diseases and risky for people with HIV.

Whoops sorry Jose
I confused you with another post. Please ignore the response above about a missing reply
I personally think it is HSV 1 or 2. These air filled / puss filled bubbles look like herpes to me. Not easy to judge from pictures
Cannot think of another possibility , dont think they are white heads etc
Very typical herpes symptoms are present here but will still advise to have it tested and seen in person to confirm it

ive touched the bump gently to see if it was tender it seems to be hard and it dont act like a puss filled bump (big bump) i did not touch it directly with my hands just a cotton swab

Could you maybe contact your last partner and ask them if they have herpes?

When I went to my clinic recently I insisted on a blood test as well as a swab and they said they do not do a blood test you can only have this done privately. The reason for this is they don't believe in the accuracy of blood testing hence why they only use swab tests ie PCR

IGG blood tests are accurate but the trouble is that anti bodies might take up to 6 months to show up in IGG blood tests as everyone's immune system reacts differently etc etc thus the test needs to be repeated unless you know when you were last exposed and then test after three months etc etc

I would still advise to test for Herpes Jose. Many people have different symptoms for herpes as everyone's immune system and body is different. Some people have cuts as symptoms of herpes some have lesions some have red spots everyone is different

FFS this fixation of yours about contacting former partners is beyond a joke. you honestly expect me (as in a different forum) to hire a PI to try and contact my ex fiance. Ive not seen or had any contact with him for over 45 years.
You are starting to come across as some weird pervert who gets off on herpes, and former ex partners. You even suggested i could be sued

I had a pcr swab on symptoms that I could've sworn blind were herpes. turned out to be negative and a IGG after 3 and a half months since possible exposure also came back negative. Annoying as I had to pay out of my own pocket for a private IGG but worth it for peace of mind .
