Get it swabbed and let us know what happens. It might not be herpes but testing is the only way to be sure. Some people have sworn blind that they have symptoms that look exactly like herpes and it turned out not to be and vice versa.

    urologist here.

    TO EVERYONE IN COMMENTS

this is not herpes- stop giving information when you have no clue and are jumping to conclusions.

last time he had sex was 8 months ago.

if she gave him herpes it would have shown up 2-7 days later and lasting approximately 6 weeks. these look nothing like herpes .

Jose- go to your local std clinic and get a doctor to look at them and do a full std panel, until then these pictures aren't doing you any good.

dont wash your penis with soap ever as it increases your chances of contracting an sti's and dont have anymore unprotected sex- I recommend not having sex until you can find out what it is exactly.

message me if you need anymore information- as noted I am an American and do not know how your healthcare works so it's best if you take advice on "where to go" from someone relatively local

Nobody said it is 100% herpes

Also i have seen numerous cases of Herpes outbreaks from Herpes positive people and all of them did not have the same classic symptoms because some people have mild symptoms and some people have severe outbreaks , mind you some women ended up at A & E because of the pain

Also some studies suggest that many people claimed never having any symptoms when they were tested positive when in fact their mild symptoms were mistaken for something else.

Also many people are actually herpes positive but they do not know . So if this is herpes he either had it from before but with more visible symptoms or she has infected him.

Thus this 2-7 days rule is not set in stone and many people are a living proof of this and not all people's herpes last for approx 6 weeks . Every case is different.

Around 35 000 people are diagnosed with herpes per year in the UK and many of them were mistakenly diagnosed or thought they had a thrush or something else when they did not do any tests and only relied on the information given by the patient about sex history and by looking at the genitals.

In fact there was a video on the NHS site interviewing an old woman in her 50s or so who was inactive sexually for several years, they did not think it was herpes but at the end with tests it was confirmed it was herpes and she claimed that she has never had any symptoms when she was active when she was young.

That is why i always advise to test for herpes and other stds and to see a specialist in person because images can be deceptive sometimes , also herpes can put the patient at risk of contracting secondary infections too . Personally i would advise anyone who did not have a protected test to have a full check even if they have experienced no symptoms

Stop bullying. Nobody said it is herpes but I (and others too ) suggested that to swap for herpes or get tested as it is never included in stds check ups unless requested. What is your problem with people testing for herpes? There will be no replies from me to you from now onwards.

      Dill

Arent you the lucky one! M.Karl isnt going to reply to you again as you are bullying him haha

M.Karl you do seem to be obsessed with herpes. Its probably best if you trip trap over the rickety bridge and join the other trolls there.

I havent seen anything from Dill to suggest bullying. Just because your clinic doesnt test for herpes, some do and thats a fact.

For goodness sake please stop throwing your toys out of your pram. I told you i had been tested for herpes, but you had to question if i was sure.

hes blanked me now. Anyone who questions him he wont answer. Hes said Dill, whose question and post he hyjacked, of bullying. Yes i know, hilarious isnt it?

On a serious note, hes going round trolling telling and worrying people that theyve got herpes. He seems to get some weird and obsessive pleasure in telling them to contact former partners
