White Coating Inside Vagina

Edited , 43 users are following.

Hello, I used to have recurrent yeast infections in the past but the last months everything was normal. Yesterday, checked my vagina and I noticed this white coating inside. I am pretty sure that my normal colour is pinkish and not that white. Does anyone know if this is something dangerous? Thank you in advance!

i dont think its anything serious sometimes hormonal changes can change the colour of the skin and also some medications loads of things like bacterial and yeast infections its hard to say wat it could be ...when did u last treat for yeast ?

any changes in colour should be reported to a doctor to find the cause

Hello!! I have the exact same thing. I'm very worried, for the past few days I couldn't sleep knowing I had this white coating inside of my private area. I kept hesitating to tell my parents even though I'm a grown up. I'm afraid that it's something dangerous and something serious. Can you please reply back if you finally know the answer to this white coat thingy ? I'm desperate and anxious. Please reply asap, thank you.

I've had the same thing for two and a half years and been to several doctors. they all agree that it is abnormal but any test for anything comes back negative. so I reckon it's nothing to worry about but I know it can be frustrating, at least it is for me. Makes you feel very uncomfortable and makes it difficult to be intimate with people. If you get any answers let me know.
