White marks inside meatus

imageimageSo i have this from past 2 months my last sexual exposure was on 13 feb and this appear after 2 months in april at first i got uti as doctor told me i ahve burning in penis when i urine and tingling but after taking doxycycline burning and tining was gone but this marks is still there its almost 2 months i have these marks i have taken hiv vdrl Chlamydia igg blood test Chlamydia igg blodd test got positive but hiv vdrl hepatitis b was negative on 59 day did anyone know what is this i have one more thing which i discover today that the mark which i have in my uthera meatus was the same kind of marks i have all in my mouth.imageimage
