Hello, I have been diagnosed with IBS and often have abdominal pain. I also have hemorrhoids and itchy anus area. I started noticing white specs in my stool occasionally. this time I got a decent up close picture. Has anyone seen this before? do they look like parasites?

10000% eggs. second when worms lie them eggs down into the collon skin.. they can create little swollen parts on your anus(end of it) looking like hemeroids..they will appear and disapear randomly...and can cause bleeding...they can happy live with you for years and years....
garlic is one home remedy that may help....but again gp will have to give you proper treatment and so it shoukd be given to your partner or anyine sharing kitchen/toilet with you.

update: parasite stool test came back negative.
