White thing after yeast infection??

so a while back I had a male yeast infection symptoms being redness and itching/burning after treating it with home remedies and OTC medicines it went away but I noticed something came up but my doctor said to go see a dermatologist ,but most don't have appointments until almost or in 2021, I am getting really scared as the white spot seems to be getting bigger everyday and none of my medicines nor remedies seem to help , I tried sea salt and it only burned that area a lot but did not do much to contain its growth , please if anyone can at least give me some tips or any information regarding said issue. I attached the first picture of when I first saw it nearly 5 days ago , the bigger is from today 11-13-2020.

anyone? although I must add I saw it late last night and compared it to the 2nd picture and took another at a similar angle and it seems to have gotten a tiny bit smaller but I sometimes get the urge to scrach it for a few seconds or sting-like sensation but it goes away rather quickly. I have obtained a Dermatologist appointment but its in 2 weeks from now but I am trying methods to treat it on my own as I have seen that sometimes even the doctors have no clue or don't really care so I am doing my best to learn what it is via online information and learn the best ways to treat it but any help will be greatly appreciated.
thank you

This was my PP in the morning it seems that the white has gotten much smaller idk wtf is working though as I am using many methods from Coconut oil , Palm Tree oil , Anti-fungal cream , probiotics , Pink Salts but letting my PP have its 'own' time but not putting anything for at least an hour after taking a bath. also I am bathing 1-2 a day.
Hope I get better and cured I still have a date with the dermatologist but thats in 2 weeks if I see any further progress I will post to see if it might help others as well.

It would help to know in which country you live Alex? Depending on where you are the doctor you have seen should have referred you to a Dermatologist, or at least detailed to you how you get to see one.
You should NOT simply try this, that and the other as your own forms of medication as it is all too-easy to have the opposite effect to that which you intended.
You have posted too much information below for me to read - but if you do have a dermatologist appointment then I suggest you update your Forum Post here after that.
In terms of what may help for others, I think you admit yourself that you do not know what is working and what is not: for one thing, what you tried was in a particular sequence, it is not possible for others to replicate what you have done - even if you isolated what you are using and used it and nothing else, other people's issues may be entirely different and therefore I would certainly NOT recommend to others trying what you have done .....

I am in the USA , I noticed the salt was good to kill of what was not dealt with with the Cream but that spot grew out of it (I knew my initial infection was in part due to a bite so I guessed it was that) but with the Salt method I felt tremendous pain where the white spot is prior to it coming out and after doing it again for 2 days it came out and kept growing. Soon after I tried the other methods usually I wash the area by showering 1-2 a day leaving it 'breath' for 30-60 minutes put Palm Tree with a Q-tip where the white spot is then use coconut oil and after 1 hour use the cream again. I know it might not work for others heck in my case the Salt did wonders except for that but I have been with the yeast infection for months but barely started treating it 2 months ago and whilst initially it did get a lot better it never fully went away with OTC creams and pills and whilst going to doctor after doctor (which costs a pretty penny) thats when I decided to investigate and try more 'home-made' remedies combined with the cream. Yes I will update when I go thank you for responding.
BTW as of Today 11-16-2020 the white spot has remained basically the same as previous picture sent yesterday only getting smaller by a tiny bit but it feels strange.

Just to note: I am totally unfamiliar with Palm Tree - I do not know if you mean and palm tree oil - if it is a concentrate, similar to Tea Tree Oil it could be this that is preventing healing, or indeed, making the situation worse .....

so far for me at least I use a Q-tip as using too much makes my skin red but it was the Salt that worsened that White Spot and made it come out , as for the rest it again is 98% gone after bathing , drying waiting a few minutes , using the Q-Tip T.T.O. followed by Coconut oil in its surroundings in order to help in the healing process (mainly from irritation) then finally the cream but only where the spot is/was. Also lastly I am using really lose boxers made out of cotton as it helps to 'breath' the area and not have pressure on the Penis.

Idk why my response did not show up. Anyhow its Tea Tree Oil. As for the white spot it is 98% gone in less then a week and I have my dermatologist appointment until Monday if it comes to the case where its 100% gone idk what to even tell or show them at all other then the pictures here and maybe ways to prevent anything similar.
