My generalist physcian fails to fulfil his primary role as a GP Consultant - to provide expert and professional advise yet beyond the initial reasons for my visit, clinical observation and physcial examination they fail to demonstrate any level of medical knowledge yet subject patient to dismissive, trival, prejudice, & discrimitive attidudes dismissing my vascular & circulatory health concerns and trivalising my symptoms largely based on young age overlooking dietary & lifestyle habits in favor of age and family history to support their low risk assessments at best provided with cost minimialist/essential medical assessment ECG & General NHS Screening which if fails to provide abnormal result they cease to investigate your symptoms as medical assessment is typically used for probable diagnosis (confirmation) pronounced / undeniable symptoms and not as a means to diagnose the causality of symptoms.. I lack confidence in Generalist Physcians as they fail to demonstrate any level of medical knowledge and fail to acknowledge the complexity & feasibility of clinically diagnosing patient often subjected to dismissive, trival, prejudice, and discriminative, attitudes through my experince I've seen nothing which suggests they've my health in their best interests instead seems in alignment with their cost saving agendas, implicit rationing, and incentivized referral reduction schemes.. you cannot rely on the NHS your health concerns are to complex (time consuming) and financially expensive for generalist physicians and specialist to resolve.. I strongly advise improving dietary & lifestyle habits receiving necessary calorific & nutritional requirements on a dailiy baisis setting clearly defined objectives and utilising dietary & exercise journals to log, track, and monitor progress which should increase energy levels, improve confidence, self-esteem, reduce stress, anxiety, depression etc. DO NOT RELY on the NHS they will fail to deliver and disappoint you we're in an information and service economy which you should take advantage off and invest all your time in recovey focusing on improving your dietary & lifestyle habits which ultimately will improve your energy and necessary vitamins & minimals should increase your red blood cell count increasing oxygen delivered to individual cells.. you can be normal you just have to start working towards it!
