Why is it so hard to get on citalopram? ?

Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

    hi, how are you lot doing? I feel rubbish this morning! I've had to take a diazepam for the first time in four days. I really thought I'd turned a corner now feel yuk again sad xxx also my eyes are covered in eczema which is bizarre as I've never suffered with skin issues before xxx hope you're all doing better than me xxxxxx

      Hi marf, your not alone, after 4 good days and no diazepam I'm feeling very jittery today and very emotional, keep crying, I'm so Fed up, I thought I was finally on the mend, I hate this x

      totally the same!!! At least we're not alone but def not funny xxx I've also started a period after only 15 days which is prob not helping 😬😬 aargh!! It's not fair!! Xxx big hug xxx

      Marf, you reminded me my period is due any day now, maybe that's why I'm emotional x

    I have been feeling ok since lastbthirsday and I'm the same haven't taken any diazepam, but having a very stressful weekend both my kids have conjunctivitis and my little one has high temps, I'm so so tired so thinking i'llnrobablynhaveba crap day tomorrow, it's a vicious circle !!!!!!

      oh no, it must be so hard having to deal with them at night too xxx glad you've been feeling good though xx if we look back to all our previous comments we are def heading in the right direction xxx

      We definitely are all improving, after reading what you put I realised I'm due my period, maybe that's why I'm tearful and feeling poop x

      I have had my period since I got my implant out last Tuesday but I definately feel better now it's out, but yes lizz I did have a sore head this morning and it lasted until about 3pm x

    Morning girls, how is everyone telling this morning, I woke a wee bit anxious but my husband is away back to work today after a week off sick so even though he was sick he was still in the house so now it's just me and my wee baby, just going to have a chilled out day and not do too much, my little boys is really out of sorts with his teeth and conjunctivitis so just going to try and relax haven't takes diaizipam since last Thursday so at least I've had 4 good days

      I can't wait for the morning anxiety to wear off it's so horrid xxx I'm much better but still feel jittery inside, I had a diazepam yesterday but hadn't for four days prior to that, none today but did have some Kalms first thing as I'm working today but I fint count them as a drug ha ha xxxx

      Morning ladies, well I got my period, that's why I must have been emotional yesterday, I've started drinking chamomile tea in the morning before I do anything it's quite nice, still suffering with acid but otherwise I'm not too bad, going to relax all day as I have a bad tummy x
