Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

Sparkly, I've only managed 3 hours sleep and yes definitely more anxious, I'm going to have to try fit in some nap time to catch up, although a lot of the other side effects are going, my anxiety feels worse at the minute xx

Hi sparkly, woke up shaky as usual, took my diazepam, got dressed and went to my father in laws with my hubby, still felt shaky, couldn't really engage in conversation, hubby got the hint so we went to see my best friend, she was out but stopped half hour with her hubby, hubby decided I need a good feed so we went to the carvery, I was dreading it, but I did manage to eat a meal, plenty of veg, came home because i was exhausted, my minds been wandering back to anxiety all day, managed to sit and watch a film and found myself actually laughing at some funny bits, about an hour ago, I started clock watching thinking, I wish it was bed time, feeling a bit anxious again now because I'm so tired, and a house of 4 teenagers is never quiet x

I have just had a panic attack came from nowhere was feeding my wee boy and started to feel dizzy then felt like all the bloody was draining from my body then I felt like I was taking a hot flush I had to put my wee baby on the bed and call for my husband, it was awful I've just had to go to bed and am shaking like a leaf, worried it's something more sinister, I had my implant out yesterday so now I'm obsessed with googling can removal cause dizziness and nothing is coming up.

    I'm feeling like crap sad

Sparkly just relax and deep breaths, it can't hurt you, stop googling, I've had to stop because it's feeding a tired mind, it's probably nothing to do with your implant, I had that massive attack yesterday, it's just part of the journey, don't be afraid, we are all here for you, you've probably over thought things today, keep taking deep breaths and I'm here for you xxx

You poor things, I feel guilty that I'm feeling a bit better xxx Sparkly, I reckon your lack of food and sleep and the implant coming out have set you back a bit. I took HRT for a while and it made me feel dreadful, once I had had a period and the stuff was out if my system I did feel better. xxx

Evening ladies, sorry I haven't been on, put I promised my hubby that I would stay off all googling and forums for a few days, well, I'm pleased to see you are both beginning to feel a bit better, I too have had a few good days, managing to do bits in the house and doing some shopping, I'm still quite tired a lot, and living off gaviscon, decided against doctors advice to drop to 10mg and stuck with the 20mg, so glad I did, how's everyone's eating going? Xxxx

Marf, I'm desperately trying to get x3 small meals a day down, only a couple of ginger nuts at breakfast, small sandwich for lunch and tonight grilled chicken with salad, my belly is kinda the last thing hanging around that's bothering me, doctor gave me lansaprasole tablets but I'm too scared to take them, otherwise I can honestly say I've had 3 good days, I'm glad your well too xxx

That's not bad at all, again, so much better that last week. I'm craving ginger biscuits now you've mentioned them!!! xxx what are those tablets for? xxx

Ginger biscuits are great lol, the tablets are for acid reflux x

I just had to go get some!! Reflux oh no that's horrid sad I read somewhere that you should sleep on your left side to avoid that! It's more likely to happen if you lie on your right side - God knows how that works but it might be worth a try! xxx
