Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

I hate mornings but getting a bit used to them being crap, I also went to the Drs today but to get my implant removed whether it makes a difference time will tell, my dad took me out for lunch today and it was lovely even if I only ate a little, haven't stopped since I got home as my husband has been in bed for 3 days with flu( and he really is ill) so I'm doing everything myself trying not to get stressed but that's hard too!!

I'm exhausted if nothing else hopefully I'll sleep better tonight

How was your day Marf ??

It is a beta blocker to stop my heart from racing when I have my anxiety and panic attacks, I've never had it before but it does am to calm my heart rate down.  Glad everything went ok at your daughters hospital appointment that in itself must have been a worry for you.

Morning still till suck but hoping they will start to get better too

Interesting, I might speak to my dr about that if it carries on too much longer. Hospital was good, she needs an MRI on her back but nothing to worry about, so I'm calm now! Let's have a good morning tomorrow, I think we're due one! xxx we are def better than three weeks ago but it's long isn't it?! xx
