Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

    Hi everyone

I have had quite a good day and did a wee bit of Christmas shopping and felt pretty good, it was lovely to feel a bit normal again definitely think the tablets are kicking in but I'm not getting too exciting I

Know there can be set backs

Hope everyone is good tonight xx

Hi sparkly, I'm so glad to hear that, I'm 4 weeks in tomorrow, and feeling more positive each day, still a bit wobbly in the morning, I've learnt to just look at 1 day at a time and like it was said before, baby steps, I know we're all going to have our ups and downs but it's all part of the journey, I'm still here if anyone needs a chat xxx

Marf I feel horrible today as well isn't that strange, my husband us the flu and my l little boy was up twice during the night for feeds and didn't really settle I'm so exhausted this morning, so maybe that has something to do with it, but could just cry right now sad

Morning ladies, you are not alone, I feel awful, sweating all night, kept waking, really didn't want to get out of bed, but the shakes were so bad I had to get up and take a diazepam, 4 weeks today, I'm seeing my new doctor later so I'll see what he says x

What a day I've had, I think I got myself in a state because i was seeing this new doctor, ended up taking 3 diazepam that made me a jabbering wreck, well went to the docs he was lovely, he's lowered my tablets from 20mg to 10mg , given me a few more diazepam, put me on blood pressure tablets, vitamins, nasal spray, acid tablets to help me eat, In the 4 weeks I've been on the tablets I've lost 2 stone 2lb, that's why he's dropped the dose, what an absolute nightmare , I hope you've both had a better day than me xxxx
