Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

I try to think back and all I know is I have a photo taken 8 weeks after I started them when I was on my 1st holiday with my husband and I liked great and very happy so I'm thinking probably 6 weeks cus if I was feeling anyway bad I would never have left my mum and dad even if I was going on holiday with my now husband as I was very dependent on them and still am especially my dad!

Omg I've lost all my confidence, I just went to go to the shop, walked confidently up the road, got to the end of my street arghhh panicked, ran in took a diazepam and sat shaking, what's happened to me, I was such a happy sociable person! !!

I can get that from time to time, it's annoying more like tingly, try not to think about it, and it

Might go away, when I focus on something it gets worse then I think the worse. I'm feeling a bit anxious trying not to take another diazepam

Does anyone experience very real dreams and then find it hard to shake them off the next day

This afternoon I've realised I've taken 4 days of out of date citalopram and festered about it all afternoon, took one from my new pack and convinced myself that I've set myself back and the new one is really strong, see irrational thinking again, take that second diazepam, I've had 2 today, very jittery this evening, not sure if I'm more anxious tonight because hubbys night fishing or because mums going home tomorrow, I'm sorry if I've been a whinge bag on here today xx

Thank you, I'm looking forward to reading this back in a couple of weeks to see how far we've come, my mum's just worked out that my mood changes and I get a bit tearful and agitated about 4-5 hours after I take my citalopram , so might have to think about changing my time x
