Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

About 10 to 15 mins I think xx mornings are sooo hard, I wake up with the biggest anxious feeling ever then get up and retch and retch (to much info sorry) then gave to sit down for a while then take a diazepam 😬😬😬 it feels like it's been going on forever! 😞😞

Feeling the exact same, already cried this morning, let's try keep each other positive throughout the day today, I'm going to have a couple of hours extra sleep this morning because I'm exhausted, not sure if it's a good idea or not x

Hmm I went back to sleep the other day and it was a bad idea xx can you potter around for a bit then have a rest on the sofa? Then you're kind of up but not! Xxx

Well mums just gone, don't know how I'm going to cope, I can't stop crying, I don't know what to do with myself, why does this seem to be getting harder not easier x

Don't go back to bed you will feel worse, watch a wee bit of to and if you doze that's a good thing. Sorry you mum had to leave but try to look forward to seeing her in a weeks time and she is at the other end of the phone, have a good cry don't try to keep it in.

Does anyone else avoid watching the news of reading magazines or is that just me
