Hi everyone, I'm day 21 of getting back on to citalopram 20mg, I suffer mainly from health anxiety and worry about becoming ill or dying, I also have mild depression, I'm really suffering bad with side effects, this is my second time on this tablet and I'm never coming off again x

Hi Marf, thank you. i have never tried diazepam but my Dr did give me 10 xanax 0.5 mg for the first couple of weeks. they bomb me so I can't take before work, and they do help a bit if I take  half in the late afternoon. Have had no problem sleeping, in fact I feel very tired all the time. The effects of the Xanax don't seem to last very long for me. Would love an appetite and to just feel mysef again. Guess that's why we are all here. How long have you been on the med now, and please tell me this is all worth it wink
