just wondering if anybody else feels awful for a few hours after they wake up . i feel TERRIBLE until about 3pm and then by 4 or 5 i seem to come around a bit . its really getting to me as sometimes i just need to get out of the house ... but have to keep lying back on the bed .

going into my 7th month now the last 2 months since stopping working out have been the worst for me .

I seem ok when I first wake up, although can still tell I'm unwell. For some reason I keep thinking I'll wake up one day and it's gone...can only hope! But I seem to really struggle at 11am everyday for about an hour...it's like my body clock is set for this time. so bizzare. Usually lasts an hour. I do have the odd hour here and there mid afternoon, but yes by the time the evening arrives I seem to feel a while lot better....again not sure if it's just a body clock thing where my mind must be set it's time to relax and go to sleep soon.

I wake up around 4:30 to 5:00 every morning and within 1/2 to 1 hour feel like i have a hangover , flu like symptoms and sick to my stomach. Most of the time it burns off by 11:00 am. The morning it don't burn off i am very tired all day and cant do much other than rest and be useless . Been this way for nine months now , although its slowly getting better it really sucks and I have had enough . One day this nightmare will be over and i will never take a healthy feel good day for granite again .........

amen to that ! we must have something really good coming to us after the storm comes the sun . and yes its sooooo slow so for an impatient person somebody whos used to 'getting things done' its hell.

just waiting patiently is a job in itself. surely a life lesson that we cant see yet .
