Why is Zopiclone so awful

Posted , 22 users are following.

Will somebody tell me the reason for the hysterical comments, and hate

campaign against this sleeping tablet . Please don't tell me to read

yards of stuff on different forums and sites, What is so bad  about it. .

I get sleep, and nothing else, (thankfully ).

It can't be so bad ,some people have used it for years,so they say,

So, no yelling or shouting, or soap box attitudes, just tell me, nicely,

what it's all about  ..

There is nothing wrong with it it works but the stupid government have put a blanket on it and to buy it private now has made it to expensive, so it's my turn to give it up. Airline pilots are lucky they buy it in India it helps with there jet lag.

yeah that a great post. And those MSJ you get from India are mostly brick dust with a little diazepam and baking powder thrown in. Never getting on a plane again.

A few years ago my brother brought several blister packs of 5mg Diazepam back from India for me. They were very inexpensive, and they were the real thing. No brick dust (as you like to call it) or other fillers. It isn't at all difficult to tell when you've swallowed 20-30mg of genuine Diazepam. As for buying online, I wouldn't trust anyone to send me an aspirin from an online source. You cannot trust anything that you've purchased online to be the pharmaceutical that you ordered. In India, all of the sought after pharmaceuticals are sold in the drug stores, and are almost always genuine. They don't have the same laws governing the distribution of these pharmaceuticals that we do in the west, so it is no big deal for the pharmacist to sell them to you.

Next if you take 20-30mg diaz yes very easy to tell there not genuine. You then got to ask yourself WTF have I just taken. I'm not prepared to take that risk, not without a testing kit to hand.

its because im saying zop works it is good, it is safe and you are guaranteed a good nights sleep, however scaremongers are turning it in to something dreadfull, what is worse for your health , 3 vodkas 4 beers or zop or no sleep so total exhausted the next day, zop has done me no harm for many years and 3 days without my average 28mg has not done any harm I must admit I have had wind.

I actually agree with you Bren that ALL the  benzos are useful when used as directed and prescribed from a Dr that has a full medical history. The problem comes when either A. you get a lazy Dr and is just going through the motions. Or B (and far more dangerous) Is when people start to increase their dose or mix it with other CNS depressants (mainly alcohol) which is extrememly common almost (human nature) the thinking being that if 7.5 works this well then 15mg is going to work even better.

30 worked for me but now 3 dimazipan is working what is worse I'd love to know

I can tell you but first i need to know. When you say 3 diaz do you mean 30mg diaz or 15mg diaz or 6mg diaz and how often are you taking this dose?

Until yor gp takes you off them , new legislation every pt on benzos and hypnotics are to be reviewed , your gp would not prescribe 28mg per night so you must be getting some elsewhere , sleep is fine it's the sudden withdrawal p'ts are being left unsupported that is the problem , nothing good last forever and all these drugs are under review since 6th June last yeah , I wish you kindness and luck

Thats why I was asking the strength of the Diaz pills because 30mg of Diaz is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY worse than 28mg of Zop, and yes your right that would'nt be prescribed (either 30mg of D or 28mg of zop) by any Dr, but 15mg of diaz is within the realm of possible. It also depends if they are taken all at once or spaced out through out the day ( I was on 40 mg in 4x10mg diaz) though  a script for 4x7.5 zop throught the day does'nt make any sense.

Each diazippan is only one mil I took three last night, still no withdrawal symptoms from the zopiclone

i only ever got one pct of 7.5 of the doc total waste of time they did not work.

bren, you say diazippan?? I suspect you are talking about diazepam (Valium), and if so, they come in 3 different strengths, 2mg (white), 5mg (yellow), and 10mg (blue). So if you have something that says 1mg on it, it isn't diazepam.

      Hi mate

Elementalist is right if your tablets have a 1 on it's not vallium. They don't make a 1mg tab, but alprozolam (xanax) and lorazepam (Ativan) do. describe the pill or better yet post a pic

      Hi Bren

Thats a research chemical not FDA approved for human use. FYI check it out on wikipedia mate.

I would agree about the amount, just wasnted to make sure you know that your taking an untested un proven med, it is an analogue for diaz so might be all right. Just a bit risky is all, just looking out for ya mate smile
