i never tried it but iv heard that it helps if u put it in the bath

I'm not trying to knock home remedies but if medications aren't working for you, I highly doubt home remedies will. The infection could turn into PID if you don't get professional help. But it's your body.

no home remedie worked for me and i changed everything and iv always said that at the end of the day its a vaginal infection which needs treating with antibiotics dont believe everything u read online some things can make it ten times worse

this is my third doc. i can't find one who cares enough to do the research and work a doc should. why am i doin their job?!? im exhausted! i wish i could find one who actually knows more than i do lol

I've spent hundreds and that's the truth.

I've tried a course of vitamin c suppositories for a week I've tried over the counter gels and suppositories.

I've brought black seed oil vitamin D

I've used boric acid which has the most affect so far but as I often say I'm still not feeling clean on my outside vagina that's why I brought a bottle of apple cider vinegar but someone said it upset their outer vagina.

I really want to try it ,I know I've not apparently got bv and my ph is 4.4 still as the nurses showed me their test .

I just want to feel clean when I wake up it's the night time I get a slight smell .

also I no longer smell that horrid smell when I go for a wee but that's also gone now .

I've ordered more boric acid just incase .

I'm using balance active pessary once a week I'd rather use that than boric acid .

I really want to try a bath with apple cider but I'm scared lol

i wouldnt worry about the outside as some smells are natual there its the inside it shouldnt smell urine etc can make the outside smell a little funky but that should go when u wash

I'm definitely better than before boric acid worked for me and I had no complaints I didn't even get thrush from it .

yea I know I suppose the outer area does smell .

it's normal inside I check myself up there tests are 4.4 ph .

I just dont feel as good as I was before bv .

I went 2 years without taking a thing apparently I could of upset my tubes and uterus.

I've had three doctors too. The persistence of my visitations and positive tests really made her take me serious. I don't know how many times you've seen this doctor but if it's more than six times in less than a year you need to find someone else.

untreated it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease ....i dont think u need to worry about the outside of the vagina its natural for it to smell as its sat in underwear all day and we wee so theres bound to be some kind of a smell there dont worry about that its most likely not bv related glad the boric acid worked as seem to remember we were both at the point we was running out of things to try

I'm still not happy with the smell of slight pee but it occurred to me maybe I've a uti so I've brought some test strips just to rule it out .

I'm so much better than before though when I came back here bv was and is virtually gone .

there is a smell down there which is considered normal i mean everyone has some kind of a smell down there it dosnt smell like roses and its not meant to there will always be some kind of smell i mean we sit in underwear and clothing and wee etc so there is bound to be some kind of smell ,😂

tested for UTI and its positive.

maybe this is the reason for the pee smell .
