Will Sertraline help my detachment?

I have been on Serrtraline 50mg for four weeks now.. Still waiting for it to "kick in" but I understand this can take about two months or so.. So hanging in there for now..

I would just like to know.. I am detached from many things/people in my life, also greatly because I have lost all interest.. Will this come right with sertaline? It has alleviated some of my social anxiety.. But hoping there will be much more improvement..

I'm in the same boat friend had one good day in 4 weeks of 50mg setraline I'm praying it kicks in soon

How is everyone doing now? I'm on 8 weeks total and 4 weeks on 50mg upped from 25. Still not myself, have had
Good days but my appetite and nausea is terrible right now, did improve a little but back down again
