Looks like balanitis.  You may have reacted to the condoms if you used them, or maybe to an infection your partner had, or just some vigorous sex.  If you didn't take a leak and wash yourself afterwards, that may also have caused the problem.

It will probably just fix itself, and personally, I'd wait a few days, but if you want to see a doctor, you could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.  You'd probably be able to get an appointment (possibly just walk in) with a GUM clinic a lot faster than with your GP, and you'd be seeing specialists.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

These links may also help, though the second one is written for doctors:

It's more likely that you've picked up it up from the girl to be honest, though she may not have any symptoms herself.  Similarly, men can pass thrush on to women, without having any symptoms themselves.  If you've been having lots of sex though, then you've probably had bodily fluids from both of you drying out on your penis multiple times, and it's quite sensitive tissue down there, so sometimes it reacts.  Canesten or similar will probably fix it though.
