worried about herpes

so let me tell you my problem but let me explain the story behind it first:

i'm a person who's had a lot of sexual intercourse with escorts, and 3 of them were dangerous unprotected anal/vaginal sex. so basically yes i have a risky past. throughout my sexual relation period which started from 2013 i've gotten tinea cruris twice (which might not be related to the sexual intercourses). but in dec 2017 is when i started the risky unprotected anal sex and i remember 1 day later i got white discharge and pain while urinating. i went to the hospital they told me it's bacteria like chlamadyia or gonorhea but they didn't specify. they gave me antibiotics that worked like a charm. from that time up until now i went to 2 girls who i also had unprotected anal sex with and by the beginning of july 2018 i noticed these two small bumps between my scrotum and penis shaft (like right at the start of penis, but not on the penis itself). they look pink. and then i noticed another one at the center of my pubic hair area and then another very small one beneath the first two (this one is on my scrotum). they are completely painless, not itchy, nothing. it stayed with up until first week of october 2018 (roughly) were i noticed it got a little bigger. i'm talking about the first two bumps, they became bigger and more red and resembles a pimple with white spot on top. it was still painless and nothing. but then a few days back i decided to cut it with my nail, just a small cut and squeeze out the white stuff. i did end up popping it and white, waxy pus came out and then blood came out. ever since it's been a little itchy and some weird pain that comes and goes. the itchiness and pain is extremely miiiiiild. and i only feel it when i think about it to be honest.

also, in august 2018, i travelled to dubai for 2 days and came back. when i came back i got the flu and sick. after i became better i got some pimples on my upper lip that weren't visible but i knew were there. that's because if i bite on it i would feel mild pain similar to the pain of pressing on a pimple. and i did get this type of stuff even when i was a child. so experiencing pimples on my lips wasn't the first time. also, either before i travelled or after i did went to an escort and practiced safe sex with condom.

lastly, in september 2018 i also got a very big lump, it's the same color of my skin that lasted for a week. it was the size of yellow m&m and was located in my left inner thigh. was painless as well unless pressure was applied to it such as pressing with finger or sitting on it.. etc. but again the pain is very mild. then one day while i was sleeping it apparently popped on its own and i woke up seeing all blood in my underwear and my shorts. and a few days later it healed and went on its own.

so to summarize, i'm mostly concerned about these blister looking bumps on my scrotum. is it herpes? is an ingrown hair (which i feel unlikely bcz i haven't shaved down there for a very long time)? or Molloscum Contagiosum? keep in mind it was the same size from july 2018 up until sept 2018 and only in oct 2018 it became a little bigger and more reddish. i'm too stressed and dealing with anxiety to visit a doctor.

the pics that are uploaded are when it looked pink and small and what it looks like today. and the third pic is the big lump in my inner thigh that went away. also in the 2nd pic of the blister, the left blister looks like it's scabbing cz i popped it 2 days ago.

      second, how sure are u? cz when i read ur comment i got really scared and frightened. and today, i noticed that the yellow part of the scabbing became more dark and overall the pimple or blister is much smaller. but keep in mind i had this since the 1st week of july 2018, and just recently it became bigger and i popped it on my own and therefore that's why the scabbing happens.

    first picture could just be a pimple. second picture , maybe syphilis? that causes painless sores. or is that the pic where you squeezed it? last pic i would say is just a cyst or blocked gland.

    i would suggest getting a full std screen . most are curable these days..... and always wear a condom! it reduces the risk.

      the 2nd pic is the pimple itself but enlarged. the 1st pic was it's state from 1st week of july 2018 up until october. and the 2nd pic happened just 1 week ago where the pimple itself became enlarged. and the scabbing that shows is after i popped it.

      also today, i didn't feel any itching or anything, just maybe once or twice shooting pain but it's so mild. the scabbing is darker right now and the overall pimple is smaller.

      i just hope it's not herpes.

    Herpes doesn't take time to develop like that. It's very rapid and you don't have to pop it yourself. Herpes is like a chicken pock. It runs it's entire course within about 7-10 days untreated. So what you have isn't that.

    I don't know what they could be but I suggest that you get a full STD panel including blookwork to test for EVERYTHING.

      i understand it's develops rapidly. but i just don't understand what the pain feels like. i do read words such as tingling, burning, itching..etc. type of pain. but my understanding of them might be different of someone who ACTUALLY experienced these types of pains. so like i said in my long essay 😛 the itchiness and shooting pain that comes and goes is extremely mild and just happened 3-4 days ago. however since july up until that time the blisters/pimples were the same size of the first photo and there's no pain,itchiness associated with it. also, the scabbing you see in the pic is because of me popping it and squeezing the white puss out which was waxy proceeded by blood. so are u like 99% sure it's not herpes? cz if it is i swear that will be the end of my life simply because we can't get married in my country of we an uncurable disease. i'm worried a lot because of the first comment.

    Hi John,

    I am not a doctor so I can't be sure of anything. The ONLY way to be sure is to get a full STD panel including blood work to test for EVERYTHING.

    Everyone has a different pain tolerance so I cannot tell you how much it should hurt. I can tell you that herpes blisters pop on their own. The whole gestation is from 7-10 days and then the skin looks completely normal as before the blister came. Like I said, days not months.

    Go to a dr please.

      What about the fact that it was small and painless for 3 months and then for 2 weeks roughly it became bigger. Is that normal for herpes to start as small first then progress to become bigger (regardless of time period).

      Another thing, it only scabbed because i popped it. I did it just to see if the white stuff would come out. So im not sure whether it would pop on its own had i not pop it.

      I just hope it's not herpes. I just hope. And i know im asking a lot bcz im very stressed and worried

      Hi again,

      First of all i want to thank u for ur replies and kind support in this matter. Second, i decided to be brave and visit the doctor and i thank god that it turns out that i dont have the herpes virus. He examined it visually and told me what i have is mollosocum cantogiusm or however its spelled. He just scratched it with a pick that had a silver topping. Which burned like hell! But fortunatelyit got removed with black scabbing that should heal and go away. So again i thank god it's not herpes and it was just a virus infection that goes away and not permanent. And im nvr ever returning to any prostitutes or escorts 😛

      Thank u again for the reply. It really means a lot to me to me the fact ghat u put time to help some1 out there.

      Im so happy and i can finally go back to my normal life agaHi again

    That is awesome! I'm really happy for you. I knew it wasn't herpes. Be careful out there and go to the dr when you're not sure of something. The earlier the better.

    well hun , u should not pop it , bcs the more u pop it the more it became contagious but then for me its look like a hpv genital warts which are common std , but then go to a urologist doctor and he will know what is it and give u trreatments for it. its not too late as long as esrly as possible go treat urself before its too late God bless

      hi thanks for the reply and sorry for my late reply 😛 .. so as i mentioned above i did visit the doctor 2 months back and he told me it's just warts and he burned it off with lick a long a pick with silver material on the top. he scratched and it burned off. i asked him am i okay? do i have a permanent std like herpes? he said no ur fine and dont worry. but now i'm reading about hpv genital warts and it seems like it's permanent similar to herpes. and now i'm worried again. because i am getting some weird symptoms AGAIN. so currently i have a very small ulcer inside my the corner of my lip. it's painless and just feels like a pimple; as in there's no sever pain. 2nd, i am getting tinea cruris for the 3rd time now (jock itch) and i really dont why i'm getting it even though i'm extremely careful about myself dry and clean down there. and i do have a very small wart shaped pimple on my penis and one on my scrotum. so these last 2 warts are new and i just noticed them a few weeks backs. they're again painless and dont irritate at all. they dont change in size.. nothing. the one on my penis has been around for maybe 3 weeks now.

      so given the following:

      1. the small ulcer inside my lip
      2. the recurring tinea cruris
      3. the 2 wart shaped thing on my penis and scrotum

      do i have herpes, warts, cancer, hiv? i'm freaking out again! i swear i'm crying writing this because of doing stupid mistakes. anyways if u want pics i can send you. and again thanks for the reply i appreciate it.

      please god i hope it's herpes. i'm praying

      post up some pictures of the new bumps and lesions. everything you describe doesn't sound too much like herpes.

      1. the tiny ulcer inside my lip went away now. it just lasted 2-3 days. and as i said completely painless unless maybe if i bite it. the pain is so mild, and feels like a pimple

      2. the below pic is the zit on my penis. i noticed it since roughly 10 dec 2018. and it's completely painless. i dont even feel like it's there. it looks like a pimple; the surroundings is red/pinkish with a white spot in the center. right now i tried scratching it off and mildly trying to pop it and when i did that i felt a little pain just like you would feel like from an ordinary pimple. but it feels like it's not poppable. it might've changed in size a lil bit, i'm not too sure, cz i can barely see the difference.

      1. the below pic is the zit my right ballsack. the pic might not be very clear but it pretty much resembles the one on my penis but much smaller. maybe half the size. i noticed this also on dec 10 2018. again, it's completely painless and doesn't irritate me at all. only if i touch it, poke it, scratch, i feel mild pimple just like with an ordinary pimple.

      1. the below pics are the tinea cruris that i have had recurring since beginning of 2016. i initially got one at that time, it spread throughout my entire inner thigh. and they basically looked like red rashes everywhere. it was very irritating and i used a lot different creams and baby powder to remove it, eventually Daktarin did the trick. within 1-2 weeks it went. the problem tho it left like stretch marks on my inner thigh that haven't gone away since then. and i went to a skin doctor to ask him about how to remove it and he said u can't. and he shocked my brains out! so i asked him how could i have possible gotten this. he told this usually happens if u use a cream that has cortisone in it. but for now let's not complicate my current issues with these stretch marks but if u could tell me how to remove it it would helpful. i can post some pics about the exact stretch mark spots i have. anyways going back to my the tinea cruris i have shown below: the pics below are just mild red spots on both thighs that have almost gone away thanks to daktarin that i've used 5 days back. but when i first noticed it was basically covering the same spot but it was more reddish, and u can see the fungus spots (but it wasn't as extreme it was the first time).. it's almost gone now. and when i get tinea cruris my ballsack always drops and it's annoying. i dont' know why that happens. furthermore, this is the 3rd time i get this. the first EXTREME case was in early 2016. 2nd very mild case was in beginning of 2018. and now this is the 3rd time (this case's severity is between the first and 2nd case). one pic is from left side and the other is right side

      so given all this info, what can the zits on my penis and scrotum suggest? i'm asking cz when i went to the doctor in October for my first two pimples on my scrotum that i wrote about in the first post, the doctor said they're just molloscum contagsium. and he burned it with some silver pick. but he told me they never come back and u don't have any permanent std. and now again it appears. and i've had sexual intercourse only twice since October till today (it was with protection except for the b*****b). but both zits appeared before i had the intercourse with the two escorts. so i couldn't have gotten them from them. so the zits: are they again molloscum, or herpes or warts? plz don't tell me the last two, i will be miserably depressed 😦

      and regarding the tinea cruris, why is it recurring? i'm very clean! i dry my clothes properly in a dryer, change my underwear 2-3 times a day. i'm very very clean! however i do sweat down there a lot, i don't know why. and i read in the internet this could be a sign of hiv. so i just wanna know why is it recurring. the first time i got this was when i used to go to massage places and get a handjob. did i get an incurable virus or something from that time? plz help.
