worried about herpes

so let me tell you my problem but let me explain the story behind it first:

i'm a person who's had a lot of sexual intercourse with escorts, and 3 of them were dangerous unprotected anal/vaginal sex. so basically yes i have a risky past. throughout my sexual relation period which started from 2013 i've gotten tinea cruris twice (which might not be related to the sexual intercourses). but in dec 2017 is when i started the risky unprotected anal sex and i remember 1 day later i got white discharge and pain while urinating. i went to the hospital they told me it's bacteria like chlamadyia or gonorhea but they didn't specify. they gave me antibiotics that worked like a charm. from that time up until now i went to 2 girls who i also had unprotected anal sex with and by the beginning of july 2018 i noticed these two small bumps between my scrotum and penis shaft (like right at the start of penis, but not on the penis itself). they look pink. and then i noticed another one at the center of my pubic hair area and then another very small one beneath the first two (this one is on my scrotum). they are completely painless, not itchy, nothing. it stayed with up until first week of october 2018 (roughly) were i noticed it got a little bigger. i'm talking about the first two bumps, they became bigger and more red and resembles a pimple with white spot on top. it was still painless and nothing. but then a few days back i decided to cut it with my nail, just a small cut and squeeze out the white stuff. i did end up popping it and white, waxy pus came out and then blood came out. ever since it's been a little itchy and some weird pain that comes and goes. the itchiness and pain is extremely miiiiiild. and i only feel it when i think about it to be honest.

also, in august 2018, i travelled to dubai for 2 days and came back. when i came back i got the flu and sick. after i became better i got some pimples on my upper lip that weren't visible but i knew were there. that's because if i bite on it i would feel mild pain similar to the pain of pressing on a pimple. and i did get this type of stuff even when i was a child. so experiencing pimples on my lips wasn't the first time. also, either before i travelled or after i did went to an escort and practiced safe sex with condom.

lastly, in september 2018 i also got a very big lump, it's the same color of my skin that lasted for a week. it was the size of yellow m&m and was located in my left inner thigh. was painless as well unless pressure was applied to it such as pressing with finger or sitting on it.. etc. but again the pain is very mild. then one day while i was sleeping it apparently popped on its own and i woke up seeing all blood in my underwear and my shorts. and a few days later it healed and went on its own.

so to summarize, i'm mostly concerned about these blister looking bumps on my scrotum. is it herpes? is an ingrown hair (which i feel unlikely bcz i haven't shaved down there for a very long time)? or Molloscum Contagiosum? keep in mind it was the same size from july 2018 up until sept 2018 and only in oct 2018 it became a little bigger and more reddish. i'm too stressed and dealing with anxiety to visit a doctor.

the pics that are uploaded are when it looked pink and small and what it looks like today. and the third pic is the big lump in my inner thigh that went away. also in the 2nd pic of the blister, the left blister looks like it's scabbing cz i popped it 2 days ago.
