Worried my back pain is a sign of lung cancer

I am a fairly healthy 38 year old male with some anxiety issues but my weight isn’t about normal and no diseases to speak of. The last few weeks I have been web experience experiencing a  mucus drainage and some wheezing and occasional coughing. Went to the doctor who saw a lot of drainage and prescribed a z pack and a cough syrup for possible allergy related issues causing my problems. The z pack seemed to help a tiny bit but still having some drainage. My bigger concern is that my upper back gets a bit sore around where my should blades meet. It feels like it needs to be stretched or cracked but never does. Pain comes and goes and sometimes feels like maybe it’s stress bottle up in that area but not the norm for me. Of course I made the mistake that of googling my issues and lung cancer pops up as a concern given the symptoms but not sure what that kind of back pain would be like. Mine is dull and never wakes me up or startled me or anything but is more like a nagging pain that comes and goes. Wondering if anyone has experience in this area and a inam not sure if I should go back for further investigating?

This does not sound like a sign of cancer but I would have it checked anyway have your doctor send you to a specialist and have them order a CT scan or a MRI and see what it is are you a smoker? If so I would stop my mother in law she has COPD and should be qutting and has not her nurse pracitioner is dumb she won't even suggest to her to quit that is a quack too me. I Have wheezing sometimes not always and I am a former smoker kicked that 8 years ago I would even see if your doctor can send you to a lung doctor to check it out also my dad had lung cancer and he suffered alot with that he was on oxygen also he lived 15 years before passing away with that. It may not even be cancer you have but get tested for sure too see what is going on ok.
