TBH , I havent been able to wash first my left , and now my right foot by bending ย for about 2 years. I use a long handled brush which does the job fine . I also cant buff my feet/ put nailvarnish on so admit i treat myself to a luxury pedicure once a month. I also have not been able to put socks on for last two years - partner does it or I go without - I can do tights by kind of lassooing them on then pulling them up very slowly. My personal feeling , which I appreciate may ย not shared by everybody, is that these are minor inconveniences compared to the incomparable pain I was previously in every single day. If anyone has any top tips please let me know ( although I intend to carry on with the luxury pedicures/ shellac toes ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…) xx
