Worst headache!!!!

I keep getting really bad headaches every single day!!!!!!!.. Take tablets it don't work.. Have to lay down even when I cough it hurts, I'm so scared this is a bleed to the brain or brain Tumor, I don't want to go to doctor or hosptial they look at me like I'm mad.im 20 I just cry all the time I do have anxiety but this ain't anxiety

    Unfortuanetly, that totally *can* be anxiety. Anxiety can cause tension headaches alone, it can skyrocket your BP and/or heart rate and cause the headaches. I would speak witth your GP and just tell them you have been having consistent headaches. You could just have consistent migranes which is a disorder within itself - not harmful and very treatable.

      They just come on over the week all of a sudden, my heads absolutely killing me right now it even killing my head writing this

      Yea bro there are multiple signs of anxiety one week you have chest pain them the next your head hurt..then next you think you gonna go crazy.. Like me my head in numb I hate it

      I feel a lump in my throat and that I'm choking. It feels physical, but I know it isn't

      That is a classic sign of anxiety, or possibly even a panic attack. Do you have anything like benedryl? It may knock you out, but it should help you to calm down and see if you can help that to go away.

      Wow I feel like someone is choking me like my neck muscles get so tight , because intense up when I'm having a panic attack !!!

    It is anxiety, people who have a bleed.on the brain would be hospitalised pretty quickly,you would be seriously ill ,it wouldn't be a headache alone. Anxiety can and does cause severe physical symptoms. See a Dr and and for anxiety treatment, therapy or meds or both. Be honest with them how you feel

      Iv had anxiety for many years im on medcation , I feel so different tho as if this ain't anxiety my heads thumping squeezing everything took painkillers nothing is moving it

    Don't worry. I've had proper sharp headaches tonight and tablets don't work. Went doctors earlier and I'm told I'm healthy it's just my diet.. Your not alone xx

    Go to the doctors because I have headaches too, they come and go , but I get tension headaches from the anxiety, I've have all test cat scans, MRIs, blood work and everything , doctors said my brain and head are great , but I still get the headaches, and I still get all kinds of weird crazy feelings in my head I mean weird , so go to the Dr's to reassure you and give yourself some relief that its nothing serious .

    I forgot to mention I get the pulsating feeling in my head too like throbbing ugh I hate it all 😩😩😩 !!
