Wound healing after bunion removal

so i had my second bunionectomy on the 20 JUNE. the first op was in APRIL AND i had no issues what soever. the second one's wound had still not closed or healed by the beginning of september. i was then taken for a Z-plasty in the second week of september. two days ago the wound is open again when i went back to the surgeon. I thought that a z-plasty would close the hole. the surgeon says hes happy but IM not. it still hurts and burns amd its been a month!

    1. Hi can sumone tell if the had a screw loose on ther big toe and what do they do as my as come loose and it look just like a lump been for ex Ray just got to wait now it been 8 moths sins my operation so can sumone help me please

    the burning i got in mine was horrible 9 months and i had to have my foot in cold water most of the time, in the end he took screws out (which i could have had them taken out after 10 weeks) then all was good still numbness on side of big toe but doing ok

    2 and half yes later
