Your anxiety story and symptoms!

I figured this might be a good idea! I want to see what symptoms everyone else has had and maybe you will find someone who has had the same!

Mine:

Blurred vision

Trouble breathing

Knot in my throat

Racing heart 190 BPM

Heart flutters so so so any

Headaches

Claminess

Sweats

Pale skin

Trembling

Disoriented

Dazed

Lights in my eyes

Ears ringing

Ear fullness

Being scared all day

Fatigue

Empty minded

Nightmares

Chest tightness

Hand numbness

Mind you I'm only 26 and have been checked from head to toe and told this is all anxiety

      Really? I had panic attacks after I gave birth to my 3rd child but it went away for 5 years and came back with a vengeance

    Dizziness

    Scared of going crazy

    Can't remember simple things

    Chest and arm feels weird

      Is your body actually numb to touch? My chest and arm have felt weird toosad but it's my right arm and mostly r8light side of chest. My hands also feel slow like they aren't working properly sometimes almost like they are swollen but they arent. Do you get this too?

    My symptoms

    rapid heartbeat

    skipping beats

    shaking

    sore chest

    pain in left arm (scaring me a lot)

    shallow breathing(can't get a breath)

    scared all the time

    Had appointment yeaterday with heart specialist, they did tracing and an echo, my heart was beating so fast they wanted to keek me in but I persuaded them it was anxiety, I reall get anxious when I'm in a hospital, by the time i left my heartrate was 100 (which is normal for me) so they let me home. I have to go back in a few weeks to ger holter monitor to wear for 24 hours so see how heart is especially when I'm asleep. this health anxiety is driving me mad. I am always worried I'm going to take a heart attack mad

      Can I ask you something? Have you ever had a short PR interval on your ekgs? Like have you Ever seen one of your ekgs?

    Excuse my ignorance Billie but i dont understand what you mean, doc didn't tell me anything about tests just said heart rate very fast

      You are perfectly fine!!!! Nothing ignorant I promise!!! I too went to the cardio and was told I have a short PR interval on my EKG from anxiety, basically all the adrenaline was going through my heart making it conduct faster! But my heart rate wasn't fast! How high was your heart rate do you know?

    Not sure how fast but I reckom anywhere from 160 to 180, my three baby boys died from a heart condition so I know as soon as I see the machine I freak out, checked heartreat earlier and it was 78 so I know it's anxiety, but  when your in the middle of a panic all logis goes out the window and first thing you think is heart attack

    52, I reckon menopause has a lot to do with how I'm feeling, I had a hysteroctomy 3 years ago so stands to reason that a lot of my symptoms are hormonal
