Your Mirtazapine routine.

Hi, I'm still new to Mirtazapine and trying to find a level that works for me. So I just wanted to know what others have found has worked for them?

For about 3 weeks I've been taking 15mg at night before bed. I take it in two doses as I find one can be too stimulating and wakes me up.

The sedation effect has worn off now but I still feel muddled and find it hard to focus during my day, I'm hoping this will wear off too. I wouldn't feel safe driving like this at all.

What at dose are you on & when do you take it? How does it effect you?

Hi, 5 days into taking 30mg mirt.

I've been taking it at around 8.30pm going to bed 10.30ish. I think its too early for me to say what's what as I was weaned off sertraline & amitriptyline 12 days previous & think i'm still experiencing withdrawals. But, to date, not sleeping very well at all, buzzy head & headaches during the day plus emotions are all over the place.

Think i'll give it another week before I go back to doc's & ask to perhaps take a small dosage of sertraline in the daytime to try to help (as advised by very helpful lady on a previous post; this forum is brill).
