Study of Abemaciclib and Elacestrant in Participants With Brain Metastasis Due to ER+/HER-2- Breast Cancer
This study looks at new drug combinations (Elacestrant and Abemaciclib) for people with breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to find the right dose and see how well the new combination works for ER-positive, HER-2 negative breast cancer.
