This study looks at new blood tests for throat cancer (OPSCC). It aims to find better ways to diagnose, monitor, and treat this cancer, especially for those linked to HPV, by detecting tiny cancer DNA fragments in the blood.

Cisplatin + Radiotherapy vs Durvalumab + Radiotherapy Followed by Durvalumab vs Durvalumab + Radiotherapy Followed by Tremelimumab + Durvalumab in Intermediate-Risk HPV-Positive Oropharyngeal SCC
This study looks at new ways to treat a type of throat cancer called oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, linked to HPV. It compares standard radiotherapy and chemotherapy with newer immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, to see if they can work better at stopping the cancer from coming back.

SPECT-CT Guided ELEctive Contralateral Neck Treatment in Lateralized Oropharyngeal Cancer
This study looks at a new way to treat throat cancer (oropharyngeal cancer). It aims to see if using a special scan (SPECT-CT) can help doctors decide if radiotherapy is needed on one or both sides of the neck, reducing side effects while remaining effective.
