A prospective interventional randomized controlled trial to assess the effect of low dose acetylsalicylic acid as a preventive treatment of preeclampsia in pregnant women who underwent frozen embryo transfer
This study is looking at whether a low dose of aspirin can help prevent a pregnancy complication called pre-eclampsia in women who've had frozen embryo transfer. It compares aspirin to no aspirin to see if it makes a difference.

Optimizing the Use of Aspirin for the Prevention of Preeclampsia
This study looks at whether pregnant women at high risk of pre-eclampsia can safely stop taking low-dose aspirin earlier. It compares stopping aspirin at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy with continuing until 36 weeks, to see if shorter treatment is just as effective.
