BEATRIX: A Study to Learn About a Group B Streptococcus Vaccine in Healthy Pregnant Women and Their Babies
The BEATRIX study is looking at a vaccine for Group B Streptococcus (GBS) in pregnant women and their babies. It aims to understand if the vaccine is safe and how well it works to protect against GBS, a common bacteria that can sometimes cause serious infections.

Optimizing the Use of Aspirin for the Prevention of Preeclampsia
This study looks at whether pregnant women at high risk of pre-eclampsia can safely stop taking low-dose aspirin earlier. It compares stopping aspirin at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy with continuing until 36 weeks, to see if shorter treatment is just as effective.
