My downfall is my dizziness / lightheadedness
I'm 22 with no life. I would love it back.
Been on them 2 weeks.
Can you take calms magnesium with it? As I want to try it?

I haven't been having a great time been very emotional eg always crying.
Since iv taken cyclizine dizziness has got worse eg loose my balance ( but I'm expecting it go abit bad before gets better )
I'm waiting for my DR to give me a phone consultation and I'm also waiting for a ENT from private hospital and also waiting for MH assessment.
Also coming off fluxo hasn't helped things.
Iv got 2 holidays coming up and worried I'm not gonna be well for them
this sucks.
I hate to keep moaning it's really not me to he down.

Oh no not worse dizziness! !!! No wonder youre feeling so tearful :-( and coming off the flu wont be helping your mood you poor love. The crying thing is a pain in the butt esp as mind seems entirely randon n over nothing, its so not like me either. Sometimes I dont fight it, just sit n blub until tears run dry then carry on .
At least your problem is being looked into more fully. The cycl forum on here is 50/50, some amazingly quick results n some quite scary.
I think the hols will help your (as long as youre not quite with a group of party animals!) But hope the dizziness has eased by then. How soon you going?

Hope your mood has lifted abit now
I feel bit happy today don't know why think it's because I fort bugger this haha and got into my car ( even tho my DR told me not drive yet )
But dizziness is still there.
My DR is fantastic the one I have now she gave me a home visit yesturday as I was so bad. And she gave me hospital letters to go for a ENT and a MRI ( the stupid DRs before didn't think of this )
So got a appointment next week for ENT so I let you know how that goes
My hols is on 6th centr parcs then got Egypt on 13th

Last 2 days I haven't cried yay haha!
I still feel dizzy well I feel dizzy every day 24/7 but it's lot better then was on them stupid anti histamines.
Got a ENT appointment Thursday.
Still waiting on MH assessment hmmm want it to hurry up so I can get a bit of help counselling iv done before and I found a great help.

Think I waited 6 wks for mh assessment now got 10-12 wks to get first session, think that's fairly standard unfortunately. Hope comes sooner for you.
Ive not had bad weekend, went out for meal last night with old school friends and had a few glasses with it n not suffered for it today so im happy about that, few hours of feeling more like myself. :-)
Good luck on thursday, hopefully you'll start to get some answers.

The DR told me come off them cause she said they should of worked pretty much straight away it was making me loose my footing. I'm seeing her again Tuesday just for check up Shes great she books me in. So happy iv got a better DR now. My dizziness is still there but it's not as bad as was but still a bugger and is there!

Yeah DR did say it would take a little while get a assessment. I looked into counselling and it's pretty expensive 🙈 I could only afford 3/4 sessions then I gave up.
Do you do anything eg meditation? Or anything? As I was told by a card reader I should get into some meditation ' need get into my yoga again '
I know sounds very hocus pocus ha but I was soo down and I just trying anything and everything to help me

Iv felt a lot better last past days but not 100%
I still get the weird dizzy sensation. Other then that i feel fine. That's what's bringing me down so much
I'm getting soo bored now! I wanna get out working again and meeting my friends.
I have hospital tomorrow so hopefully it will go okay.
Haven't got date for my MRI still waiting for the letter. And MH assessment they have rang me to tell me they will give me a phone assessment but they never did call me so that wasn't great on there behalf! So rang them today and haven't heard anything back from them. ( annoying )

that's really great news that you are feeling better even if it is'nt 100%, anything is an improvement on how you were recently! So you are finally on the road to recovery, it's a long slow process which does your head in if you are impatient like me. Good luck with your hospital app tomorrow and hopefully the MH team will be so good as to return your call shortly! caio, n hugs

Glad youre feeling a bit better! Hope hospital goes well for you today. My mh assessment took around 6wks now im waiting on the counselling, another 10-12wks....... it takes forever! :-(
My mri was good, not perfect but only somerhing minor to deal with. Plus ive been feeling much less blue this last few days, even singing in the car on way to work so I think maybe the 20/40 is working for me (tho darent speak too soon! ).
Im looking forward to the day we're chatting on hear both saying we're feeling pretty fine -im starting to picture it :-)

hospital 4.30. But just make sure gonna get it checked incase not linked to my dizziness as this happened now few times but I haven't thought about it.

It started snowing very bad down here so we couldn't get to my hospital appointment
iv re booked for Monday instead. And the MH team rang me yesturday too book phone assessment in Monday 12pm ( let's hope the actually call me this time ) lol

aww that's a pain that the snow prevented you getting to your appointment @ hospital, but cool that they have rearranged it for Monday, plus the MH team calling you, Monday is a busy day! Hope it all goes well for you... David

Hope youre having a good week end? Thats a pain missing your appointment but at least they've booked you back in quickly. Hope all goes well!
Im not feeling bad at the moment, spirits lifted a fair bit tho yesterday I was very sick (completely self inflicted, felt well enough for drinks at friends house fri night n got a bit carried away, i wasnt only one sick but meds def made me ten times worse!! Good night tho- haha :-) ).

Very chilled sunday, shopping swimming with daughter n home for roast dinner. All good.

Iv put a update for the forum to read
Iv got a Alfa mito. Was very cheap insurance and cheap buy very surprised. It's deffo lifted my spirits now I want to drive around more which is good.
