Blotchy red rash/irritated skin on penile head (lasted for over 3 moths now)?

Looking for any help. My issues have progressed a little. Had some extreme pain yesterday in and around groin area and underneath right testicle. Ive tried to go to a walk in centre but no joy and all resources (understandably) shut due to covid-19. I still have the issues with glans of penis as stated earlier. Pain has subsided but still there so ill have another attempt with the GP Monday. Clearly sounds like in infection of sorts.

Any ideas as to what im looking at? Have done numerous tests and all come back negative.

Ok heres my story boys, fell asleep after sex (did not shower right away) woke up with extremely dry skin and a spot of redness, hopped in the shower and it started peeling. Girl said she went to the doctor and they said it was a yeast infection for her. 1 month later i had a breakout all over my upper body, skin doc took a sample and it came back as sebopsoriasis. steroid cream made it go away but still get random breakouts here and there that grows when itched, He looked at my penis for 2 seconds and said there's nothing wrong. It's now a year and half later and it still looks like this. I haven't had sex since, don't want to. Will this ever go away ??

So just been prescribed Levofloxacin by the doctor after a phone call due to Covid situation. Having just done a bit of reading seems to have some potential nasty side effects, anyone have any experience with this antibiotic?

Did anybody else notice weaker ejaculations? Since I got this problem, my ejaculations became really weak, even if I wait for 6 days before mastrubating.

I had similar problems a few years ago, when I got into trouble by using shower gels. In February this year I had sex with my girlfriend and there was an irritation of the penis after rubbing, my girlfriend is healthy, I used saforelle gel, but I did not give up so, the doctor also recommended to define it with Betadine, but since it contains iodine so I replaced with microdacyne woundcare60, but as I overdid it got even stronger inflammation, my penis started to burn, , sting, so I started urinating in Agrimonia eupatoria 30 minutes a day. the inflammation started to subside, but I forgot that it dries terribly, in a week it got worse, I even showed brown spots, then always after soaking I applied coconut oil, it also started to work, brown spots disappeared, burning and the splitting subsided. In the third week I tried to use Saforelle gel again and it started burning again, so I only wash it in clean water. in that third week I went to the urologist to look at it for me, but in the end I waited at the doctor for 5 hours before he took me and when he looked at it I had it included and nothing could be seen. he didn't even take a swab or dross from my penis. I continued 1time in a day after shower I had my penis dried for 15 minutes, then I soaked it for 30 minutes in the infused loose Agrimonia eupatoria tea, then I let it air dry again and rubbed it with coconut oil. I also wanted to try tea tree oil, I diluted i 2 drops in 30 ml of coconut oil, but then after about 90 minutes my penis started to burn, so I quickly went to the shower with lukewarm to almost sunken water, I cooled it down and than on dry it on air it for about 15 minutes to avoid complications. I also have oregano oil at home, but as it is also a strong oil that needs to be diluted, I did not take any risks and I have been using castor oil since Saturday. I also feel a slight burning after application. we'll see if it works for me, but I also see a little improvement. Regarding the urologist, I make call to cheif of urology and one of his doctor today has taken the swab or dross from the penis , so finally after a month from the start of treatment and 2 weeks after the first visit to the urologist, they took a swab from the penis and the results will be on Friday, I have aloe vera gel ready and the cream is a classic indulona in our country, which contains lanolin. We will see. Iwill posts results. And docotr also ask me if dont have diabethes. I dont have buth my mom has diabethes type 2. I like to eat sweet I'm already reducing it

ANYONE KNOWS WHAT THIS IS YET?

hey guys, i have been dealing with this for about a year and its finally getting better (slowly). if youre taking propecia/finasteride or any hair loss drugs...stop! Finasteride caused this as well as many other terrible side effects for me. I stopped finasteride 5 months ago and I started intermitent fasting every day with a paleo diet 2 months ago. I also havent masturbated in 2 months (which hasnt been difficult cause finasteride stole my lobido). I dont know which of the above helped (maybe all). Im not sure exactly what the red triangle is at the top of penis but i think its some sort of nerve damage due to lack of blood flow/constriction. This seems to be caused by gut issues or cpps or both. There is no quick fix. If youre they did a scrape amd nothing came up its not a fungal infection. Get your gut right and solve this.
