Brain fog, dizziness, vision problems, head pressure, headache PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone!
I don't know where else to go, and was hoping someone could please help me. I'll start off by saying I'm a 23 year old Caucasian female. Going on 5 months now, I have had absolutely debilitating symptoms which have hindered my daily life. I feel these symptoms every moment of every day.
It started with dizziness and a persistent brain fog. I just thought I had a bug, and tried to go on about my life. However, my symptoms have never gone away. This "brain fog" I am talking about is a feeling of complete mental confusion, I have no memory, I cannot concentrate on anything, it feels like there's a dark blanket on my brain clouding all my thoughts. I have extreme disorientation and haziness. I feel like I'm always in a dream like state.
I am constantly dizzy and feel a pulling sensation, as if I'm ready to fall over at any moment. It feels like there's air inside my head, and I'm always very lightheaded. Whenever I try to drive I feel this pulling sensation pulling me down.
Another problem I have is with my vision. I am having very blurred vision and have double vision. Everytime I look at something up close it is extremely blurry and I cannot see at all. My perception on things has completely changed. I feel like everything looks very odd and strange and I don't have the right depth perception. It's like I'm in a horrible dream like state all the time.
I have been having headaches and head pressure as well, and having horrible pains behind my eyes. The pin starts from the back of my head close to my neck and continues up my head and the sides of my temples. My eyes hurt so bad, and it feels like knives are jabbing my eyes. My head also feels extremely heavy all the time.
All these symptoms have been causing me severe anxiety, and I have been having panic attacks from them and feel like I'm dying. It is causing a strange disrespity sensation, where I feel like I'm not even here anymore and there's a detachment from myself and my body. I have had to drop all my classes at college and quit my job because these symptoms make me lay in bed all day long. I have been unable to drive for months and can barely get up to walk around. If anyone could please help me or know anything as a suggestion to try.
I have been to my general doctor, 2 ENTs, 1 neurologist, have had 2 MRIs, a hearing test, VNG, multiple blood tests, and no one knows what is wrong. I can't live like this anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is exactly what I'm going through. 24 years old and just had my second baby a couple months ago. It started after I had him. Your symptoms are mine to a T and it's causing me to have severe anxiety and not be able to function to take care of my 2 children properly. Have you had any answers and is this still going on ?

Hi. You might want to have your jaw checked. I've experienced some of those symptoms for years, and I was diagnosed with TMJ disorder. Vertigo, spacey feeling, floating feeling, constant unsteadiness, sensation of falling, head pressure, tingling nose and fingers.....I'm not 100% healed yet, but I'm responding significantly to dental work. It is a long process.

I would DEF get your jaw checked that may be the answer right there. Just a thought.

Hi Elise!
Do you feel like your head is "swimming" when you lie down? Or when taking a shower? I definitely do on bad days. But now I only feel it in my left ear (used to be both), since the dental work on the right side. Any movement of the head triggers that "floating feeling". I also had "pins and needles" around my nose, and my eyes felt funny all the time, like I was always blinking.
My upper and lower teeth must fit together rock hard. The arches of the upper and lower teeth must also meet perfectly. Mine is so out of whack. The left side of my jaw is definitely hanging lower than the right. It's so obvious in pictures.
My condition was caused by impacted third molars. I didn't know I had TMJ disorder until my jaw started clicking (no pain). My specialist is a dentist (TMJ specialist).

Hello Elise
Just came across this. It's been 12 years now for me. Still no answers answers. Similar issues. Brain fog, fuzzy head, low cognitive functioning, very poor short term memory, anxiety, blurred vidsion on left eye. I am sure I forgot A few. Had several MRI,CT scan every kind of depression pills. Sinus surgery. Eyes checked. Still can't find anything wrong. Last year I was put on vyvanse treats adha best week in 10 years. Only bad part is it didn't last all day and after 8 hours I felt like s**t. For the first 8 hours I felt like I use to. Awake I could think clear. No fog. It was great. Before I tried it I was like well maybe this is it. I will never feel right again. After taking it I was like wow. This is how I should feel and I got hope again that there is something wrong and once they find it I can go back to my old life. I am starting fresh looking for a doctor that will work with me

Do you have problem with you ears.
I went to see my GP last week and checked my ears as I have very bad noise and wind and seems like I cannot pop the right ear so GP found out my right ear inflamed and wax in the left so give me spray for 3x times a day in the right ear and put one drop of olive oil in the left ear until I see ENT in May.
Please let me know.

Yes I have two ears that are plugged and I can’t pop- I did a balance test and they think I’m ok but I have an apt with my ENT doctor on Monday and hopefully she could help. It’s annoying.

Hi Terrie,
When my symptoms started last June 2017, I had only pressures in whole body with dizziness like fainting but am conscious but didn't have none of all the symptoms we talk about now which we all suffers with.
After few months when to ENT professional abroad and that time Dr noticed which my left ear was flat like when they do the pressures the graph shows flat not moving comparing my right ear which was fine at that time.
As I was travelled back to UK at that time so couldn't do anything at that country.
In UK ENT Dr found out I have sinusit which shows in MRI but now my Ears bothering me a lot.
I feel fullness, wind and cannot pop the right one and tingling in my head like something crawling.
My neck and back pain, am going right now to get back MRI done now.
So definitely I thinks all the unbalanced body, fainting, troubling body, pressures in the head and templ, blurry vision weakness, I think mine is all related to my ears.
I cannot wait to see ENT in May for second opinion, hopefully he can pick up something.
My GP said they need to clean you left ear from wax.
I will let every one know once I have new update.
Good luck 😉

Good read about vertigo, it’s causes and effects: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3853661/#!po=41.4474
Interesting about what medications cause vertigo.
