Brain fog, dizziness, vision problems, head pressure, headache PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone!
I don't know where else to go, and was hoping someone could please help me. I'll start off by saying I'm a 23 year old Caucasian female. Going on 5 months now, I have had absolutely debilitating symptoms which have hindered my daily life. I feel these symptoms every moment of every day.
It started with dizziness and a persistent brain fog. I just thought I had a bug, and tried to go on about my life. However, my symptoms have never gone away. This "brain fog" I am talking about is a feeling of complete mental confusion, I have no memory, I cannot concentrate on anything, it feels like there's a dark blanket on my brain clouding all my thoughts. I have extreme disorientation and haziness. I feel like I'm always in a dream like state.
I am constantly dizzy and feel a pulling sensation, as if I'm ready to fall over at any moment. It feels like there's air inside my head, and I'm always very lightheaded. Whenever I try to drive I feel this pulling sensation pulling me down.
Another problem I have is with my vision. I am having very blurred vision and have double vision. Everytime I look at something up close it is extremely blurry and I cannot see at all. My perception on things has completely changed. I feel like everything looks very odd and strange and I don't have the right depth perception. It's like I'm in a horrible dream like state all the time.
I have been having headaches and head pressure as well, and having horrible pains behind my eyes. The pin starts from the back of my head close to my neck and continues up my head and the sides of my temples. My eyes hurt so bad, and it feels like knives are jabbing my eyes. My head also feels extremely heavy all the time.
All these symptoms have been causing me severe anxiety, and I have been having panic attacks from them and feel like I'm dying. It is causing a strange disrespity sensation, where I feel like I'm not even here anymore and there's a detachment from myself and my body. I have had to drop all my classes at college and quit my job because these symptoms make me lay in bed all day long. I have been unable to drive for months and can barely get up to walk around. If anyone could please help me or know anything as a suggestion to try.
I have been to my general doctor, 2 ENTs, 1 neurologist, have had 2 MRIs, a hearing test, VNG, multiple blood tests, and no one knows what is wrong. I can't live like this anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do any of you have breast implants? I am 28 yrs old and got mine in 2016 and have been having similar symptoms ever since about 6 months after. I have seen 2 neurologists, 2 cardiologists. 2 MRIs, EEG, echocardiogram, 2 holter monitors and other extensive testing. Everything looks great so I've been told it's in my head. I know it is not. I've been getting acupuncture and adjustments lately and my chiro told me to look up POTS syndrome. Just starting to think it could be the implants but I am 22 weeks pregnant and cannot under go surgery to get them out. Before becoming preg i was drinking everyday to try and mask the symptoms because then at least i had a reason to "feel drunk." Can't really afford removal right now either. Nice to see I'm not alone here, though. I've felt so hopeless lately and wouldn't see a reason to go on if it wasn't for my kids.

I would look up neurotoxicity caused by the anesthetic when you got your boobs done. Thats what happened to me after an operation. Neurotoxicity can take weeks and months to develop. But exhibits all these symptoms. Defs worth a look up as quite a few people on this site have our issues from anesthetic. Xx

Thank you, I tried to Google it but all I was able to find was links about the affects on developing brains and scholarly articles with intense jargin. How were you diagnosed? I can't even get a neurologist to take me seriously because my MRIs are all normal.

Thank you. I have been reading up on Breast implant illness for the last year, I've watched the YouTube vids and it all seems to align perfectly with my symptoms. I had heard of it prior to getting the surgery but was hoping it wouldn't happen to me. I only had the surgery to correct a tuberous breast deformity. Had I known it would leave me disabled I would not have done it. I'm pregnant and cannot get them removed until i save up the money to have the entire capsulectomy done which is $9000 for a complete detox removal. Biggest mistake of my life. Since I can't get them out right now I'm seeing if there is another cause for my symptoms. My b12 was 335 so I'm taking sublingual tabs of the kind that starts with 'M'. It has helped a little. I just saw my doc Fri and am waiting on the call for my first Rheumatologist. Hanging by a thread here

Hannah, I would also like to mention that the onset of symptoms after your surgical implants could be related to the surgery itself, not necessarily the implants. Firstly, if you were intubated for the surgery, your neck is hyperextended and there may have been some neck issues introduced. I'm sure your chiro has checked into this? Secondly, POTS, as your chiro mentioned, has a genetic component, but is usually triggered by an event such as certain viruses, injury, and surgery. POTS is a form of dysautonomia, which is a term for a disregulated autonomic nervous system (which can exist in a general form, not just POTS). So many diagnoses have been thought to fall under the dysautonomia umbrella: mitral valve prolapse syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia...etc etc. I personally think that this dysfunction of the nervous system is congenital, and different things trigger it. It then manifests differently.. Migraine, dizziness, tinnitus, imbalance, anxiety, palpitations, gastro issues, fatigue, and so forth.... Especially when there is symptom overlap and tests rule out other obvious causes. What is not known is what exactly causes a disregulation of the nervous system. I have recently found upper cervical chiropractic to greatly help me. I also found that one must find the right chiro... The first one made me worse. My current one helps immensely. Other things that are thought to help most of these conditions are low glycemic diet (anti inflammatory diet), easy, building up of gentle aerobic exercise, vitamin supplementation, and certain antidepressant drugs have been found to be helpful in almost all the conditions I mentioned (for a subset of people), even though one is not depressed (most likely through modulation of neurotransmitters).

It's so frustrating I'min the pen hospital system so no matter what Dr. I see they read in the system that the original doctor wrote it's anxiety and they don't even check me for anything else in the meantime I'm getting sicker and sicker I've lost my job it's just a mess the health system where I live sucks

Nicole, same here. All my doctors are in the same medical system. After they read the first doctor's note, they would echo him without even examnation.

If you are so sick, you need to see doctors. Just go back to see them again and again until they do something for you, don't give it up. I'm sure you will be fine, despite of your uncomfortableness. But you need to find out the cause of the issues.

It's so hard when they think they know you better than we know ourselves. The only person who has taken me seriously is my chiropractor and she suggested POTS. My doc won't do a tilt table test on my until after I'm not pregnant anymore. Worth looking into...and also chiropractor/acupuncture has helped me manage and cope but is not the total answer..but worth trying.
