Brain fog, dizziness, vision problems, head pressure, headache PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone!
I don't know where else to go, and was hoping someone could please help me. I'll start off by saying I'm a 23 year old Caucasian female. Going on 5 months now, I have had absolutely debilitating symptoms which have hindered my daily life. I feel these symptoms every moment of every day.
It started with dizziness and a persistent brain fog. I just thought I had a bug, and tried to go on about my life. However, my symptoms have never gone away. This "brain fog" I am talking about is a feeling of complete mental confusion, I have no memory, I cannot concentrate on anything, it feels like there's a dark blanket on my brain clouding all my thoughts. I have extreme disorientation and haziness. I feel like I'm always in a dream like state.
I am constantly dizzy and feel a pulling sensation, as if I'm ready to fall over at any moment. It feels like there's air inside my head, and I'm always very lightheaded. Whenever I try to drive I feel this pulling sensation pulling me down.
Another problem I have is with my vision. I am having very blurred vision and have double vision. Everytime I look at something up close it is extremely blurry and I cannot see at all. My perception on things has completely changed. I feel like everything looks very odd and strange and I don't have the right depth perception. It's like I'm in a horrible dream like state all the time.
I have been having headaches and head pressure as well, and having horrible pains behind my eyes. The pin starts from the back of my head close to my neck and continues up my head and the sides of my temples. My eyes hurt so bad, and it feels like knives are jabbing my eyes. My head also feels extremely heavy all the time.
All these symptoms have been causing me severe anxiety, and I have been having panic attacks from them and feel like I'm dying. It is causing a strange disrespity sensation, where I feel like I'm not even here anymore and there's a detachment from myself and my body. I have had to drop all my classes at college and quit my job because these symptoms make me lay in bed all day long. I have been unable to drive for months and can barely get up to walk around. If anyone could please help me or know anything as a suggestion to try.
I have been to my general doctor, 2 ENTs, 1 neurologist, have had 2 MRIs, a hearing test, VNG, multiple blood tests, and no one knows what is wrong. I can't live like this anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am going through something similar too. I've had brain fog for some time now before all the other symptoms showed up. Most of the symptoms that I feel were the feeling of being off balanced like I always feel like falling but nothing around me is spinning. More like I'm the one moving. My head feels heavy but my vision isnt affected. The dizziness or whatever it is all started after I had a migraine episode. And since then, I've been feeling off...its been almost 2 weeks now. I do have issues with my cervical at c5/c6 but was told its mild and nothing to worry about. But I think it has more to do with my nerves and muscles cause my shoulder feel tight like its stuck and my neck has been stiff for over 2 months now. I have been going to a chiropractor before the dizzy spell. It helped a bit with my neck. My blood test was normal. My doc thinks it has to do with my migraine but the migraine itself isnt as horrible but the symptoms are affecting me much more...the day my migraine started, I have was having issues falling sleep and was always wide awake at night. I've only been starting to get some sleep for the last two days. Not sure if the dizziness was caused by lack of sleep plus the migraine. But I'm hoping to find answers too..I've been feeling awful since my neck issues started. And more symptoms keep popping up. As soon as I think I'm better, something new shows up..right now I am trying out magnesium and just taking pain meds. My doctor thinks its fibromyalgia but I dont think it is...

And check if your water is filtered. You might need to add mineral drops to your water.
Also try to destress and relax your muscles in your neck during the day by just laying down and releasing them. Also at night when you go to bed.. I always catch myself when laying in bed that I am still tight in my neck.
And try to stretch and eat a clean diet...

You're right..it could he my diet which is pretty awful. Since moving out for college until now, I have been eating out majority of the time. Does doing so really do all these things to my body??

Thank you. Yes...I l dont usually drink a lot of fluids, especially not water. Maybe due to the heat lately too I've become more dehydrated? I've been trying to drink more water lately due to all this..I've cut down on caffeine as well.

Absolutely ! I did not believe that my diet could kill me slowly but surely. I started to have symptoms many many years ago. It started with feeling that the blood flow was no good at the right side of my body, especially my head. I tried everything it didn't go away and last year i started to feel my left ear blocked. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong. I had frequent pain like on my left shoulder like i was going to have a stroke. Then i started to have seizures like a heart attack but it wasn't. I have been to emergency treatment and they couldn't find anything wrong with me. I have been warded in hospital because a professor diagnosed me with stroke because i started to feel vertigo during my attacks which could last for a few minutes or a day. I would feel dizzy and blacking out never really blacked out ! Often i would feel like dying. My wife for many years tried to change my diet in vain. She even cried ! I can't do without sugar, coffee, chili and gluten food ! Then on feb 9th 2018 I began to suffer panic attacks. I would fear being alone, i would fear death, i would fear when it gets dark and i would fear when i hear any sad or depressive news. I would walk up and down the whole day just trying shake the fog out of my mind and head. I lost my appetite and was so shaken and miserable. Finally i yielded to give my wife a try on her diet. She had suffer 8 years previously from GERD and joined a group of mostly women who had gone through various ailments, including cancer, stroke and other diseases. There are about 5,000 in the group. There was one lady who would not leave her room for 5 months because of continuous panic and depression. The husband had to be beside her and had to leave his job ! One thing and one thing only ! we all changed out diet and gradually found restoration. It will not happen overnight but you will surely begin to feel the results. For some it will take longer, as for me about 3 months because i was determined and had a faithful wife (i thank God everyday for my wife) ! Thank God also for His grace. All glory to God for now i will age gracefully and full of vitality ! I pray you be blessed too !

Hi Amy. First thing in the morning I take half lemon with baking soda and some turmeric as soon as i wake up. I go for an hour of walkajog. Then i have fruit juice half hour later i have fruits again. Until lunch time its only fruits. My diet throughout the day does not have gluten, no sugar, no chili, no dairy products especially butter. Yogurt is oke, no cheese, no caffeine, which means any food with caffeine including tea ! Fruits in the morning, then veggies all the way. meat and fish moderate ! I only eat food prepared by my wife; breakfast lunch and dinner. In the beginning I had withdrawal symptoms for about 5 days 2 weeks after I started the new diet ! Now still have withdrawal symptoms but its very very light. You have to research yourself to determine what's best, depending on the food culture you live in and what is available to you. Whatever your health condition it will start to reverse slowly but surely !
Be blessed !

I have been following this discussion a bit because I have ALL the same symptoms as you. I saw a few people had been drinking the day before, and that's not the case for me. I was actually on a ride along with a family/friend police officer when everything started feeling very foggy and cloudy. So I had him take me to my car and I drove myself home. The whole drive home my heart was racing, everything was really blurry and foggy, I thought I was having a heart attack or something. I went to bed when I finally got home, hoping things would get better by morning, and they didn't. And haven't since. It's been 3 years. I was only 17 when it happened and now I am 20.
I tried the craniosacral therapy which I had saw someone recommend and that didn't help me.
I have been to my regular physician, a neurologist and they both gave my medication saying I had a tension headache. The medication didn't work at all.
I hope we can all get answers to this..... like everyone else I just want my life back and it seems as though this has taken over completely. I have 2 babies and am a full time nursing student, plus work part time and having all these weird symptoms makes things so much more difficult than they already are. We can't give up though! I'm so happy I've found some people experiencing what I'm going through. It sucks, but it's nice to know that we aren't alone in this.
