I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygeine of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my flriends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him ive got an STD. I know ive got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if ive farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just cant pluck up the courage ot go to my GP. How on earht can i ay \"DR, My breath smells like poo!\" Please, if anyone has any tips let me know.

Possibly, even with all this, you may find a smell building up towards the end of the month; if so, take a mild laxative once a month only. Mark the day on your calendar. The stomach wash will also cure you of chronic colds, cough etc. You will feel light-hearted.

I am taking a 10 billion active cells probiotic and that simply is making me have a bowel twice a day, which I didn't have before. That combined with my stomach medication s(Dexilant 60mg and Domperidone 10m) is making a big difference on my breath.. I continue doing my regular routines , such as
Scraping my tongue, brushing and flossing my teeth at least three times a day and once in a while I also flash my nose with saline.
I feel so much better. I don't know if this is the cure for me but I will continue doing what I am doing while the results are positive.
I hope you guys can try something like this and will feel better too.

My stomach meds are for acid reflux, which I have had since long time ago and wasn't treating it until my stomach started aching. I went to see a Doctor and he gave me those medications mentioned on the previous message. The probiotic I am taking is from the brand "Jamieson". 10 billion active cells. I talked to a Pharmacist and this is the one he told me would be the best. No prescription required.

Laxative is only an immediate solution for an acute and embarrassing problem, but once in a month is fine, called for in fact for many. Consuming a teaspoon of psyllium husk after lunch and dinner helps a lot.
Stomach wash is a 'yoga kriya'. It is called 'kunjal' in India.
Contraindicated (not allowed) for patients with high blood pressure, heart problems, ulcer problems.
Steps: Once a week, on a holiday, early in the morning, boil enough drinking water to give some six to eight medium size glassfuls at drinking temperature. At the same time, prepare a small tumbler of cooked rice cum 'moong' (light yellow lentil). Add a spoon of CLARIFIED butter (not plain butter) to this cooked mixture and salt to taste. NOTHING ELSE should be added. (Sorry to bombard with so many capitals! Just want to emphasise important points). The clarified butter called 'ghee' in India, helps to lubricate the stomach lining after the rigorous wash.
Having prepared the two things, on an empty stomach, drink as much water as can hold, then puke it out. You can induce the puking by inserting your fingers into your throat, but just opening your mouth WIDE over the basin induces it. You need to really stuff yourself with water. Repeat this two to three times. If you feel physical strain, just stop the process right there, there's no risk or loss in interrupting. After the series ends, within 20 minutes, consume the wholesome cooked rice-'moong' mixture for breakfast!.The entire day you will avoid tea, coffee, cheese, curd, yoghurt, chocolate. Keep your meals very simple without spices this entire day.
You are likely to pass a normal motion after this. Your cold and cough will disappear, and the breath will be clean.
This stomach wash can be done once a week or less frequently when ever you feel that the stomach and bowels are giving off a smell. Psychologically too you feel positive and light-hearted. Are you overwieght? You will find your weight gradually coming under control without dieting. But don't give up exercising.
Probiotics in food, and medication for stomach/bowel infections opf course are indicated if the gastoenterologist says so. But then the problem recurs. Having water only between, not during meals, avoiding strong tea, avoiding coffee and cheese, perhaps avoiding all dairy products goes a long way. Another culprit is chocolate...till it goes out of the system after two days or so, it gives off a stink.
Loobs, if you want to try the stomach wash i.e. 'kunjal' read up on the Net re. Visit an Indian store to get those 'moong' lentils, these should be yellow not green. On the Net please read up 'Agnisar kriya' and practice to keep stomach and intestinal muscles in good condition. It is a ridiculously simple exercise and most effective.
I will be most happy to answer your questions and to read your feedback. All the best Loobs!

The probiotic is one of the pills I am taking. I am taking 6 different pills and it's working for me with my strict diet. You should know what kinds of foods trigger your bad breath. I know I do for example citrus makes my breath stinks. Apples don't. taking the pills without the diet will not work. I tried!
Take the pills with the diet and gargle with tea tree oil and it will work instantly!
Here are the pills I am taking: super digestive enzyme, 100 billion probiotic, zinc 30 mg, L glutamine, omega 3 purified fish oil and caprylic acid. I poo every morning and sometimes twice a day.
I am praying that this will continue to work. Oh and by the way I have my period on. Usually my period worsen my BAd breath. Co workers didn't cover their mouth today so I guess I'm ok 😄

I am not overweight, 5 ft 5 inches and I'm 8stone 10lb. UK size 8. I have very healthy diet. I cook all my families meals from scratch, no ready meals or fast foods. Like I say, I've had this bad breath my whole life and I suppose I've kind of given up that it's curable. I've been trying for over 20 years now and have seen all kinds of specialists. Had my tonsils removed and spent a lot of money on "cures". I just really hope this works because if it does we need to spread the word. There are other forums with lots of sufferers like me who haven't found cures.
Thanks again.
