Posted , 379 users are following.

I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygeine of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my flriends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him ive got an STD. I know ive got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if ive farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just cant pluck up the courage ot go to my GP. How on earht can i ay \"DR, My breath smells like poo!\" Please, if anyone has any tips let me know.

Hello, I also have this terrible condition.  I do not have the cure, but I may have a solution for some.  Try a body cleanse consisting of a product called "bowel Pocket"  you can find this at your local natural nutrition store. I had success with this product, but the smell did eventually return. This is a problem that I will have to live with from now on. Oh and don't forget to drink a lot of water it helps.

I suffered from the same thing for many many years.  Same bad breath and same white chunks in my throat occasionally.  However, it all went away when I cut dairy (and peanuts) out of my diet.  I noticed that every time I had dairy products I would get congested.  I decided to cut them out for a while and I noticed that my breath became clean (for lack of a better word).  Now I no longer have congestion all the time and no longer have offensive breath.  I have since learned about other foods that cause congestion like peanuts.  I cut those out as well.

It appears that the sinus congestion can turn nasty and create the bad breath.  Don't just use the netti pot daily to cover other symptoms.  Go to the source of what is causing the nasal congestion.  In my case it appears to have been food allergies.

Hope this helps some folks out.
