Breath smells like faeces (Poo)

I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygeine of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my flriends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him ive got an STD. I know ive got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if ive farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just cant pluck up the courage ot go to my GP. How on earht can i ay \"DR, My breath smells like poo!\" Please, if anyone has any tips let me know.

30 years is a long time. But great...minus dairy products and nuts along with meat. Inhale deep breath into lung and exhale all of the trap accumulation nasty air, couple times or more per hour.
For me, It's not a cure but reduced the who farted or who forgot to wipe there ass.

Beef is another item I stay away too. Man, I miss those juicy burgers. After consuming beef, 20 min to 1 hours later...people around me smelled like dead things. I do test by purposely eating them and then hang out with people to get results. Lol

I have a bit of a different problem. Someone close to me has this breath problem and I feel really bad for her and I want to help her. I have told her that her breath smells like poop (I was very sensitive about it.) but she didnt seem to care.
I dont want people avoiding her or gossiping about her. People can be so cruel. I want her to see a GP or a dentist. I am scared that she might have health problems. The smell doesnt bother me, I truely just want to help.
How do I tell her again without breaking her heart?
I think she doesnt drink enough water. She goes days sometimes without drinking water or juice or any liquids. I try to make her tea everyday because she says I make good tea.

I have bought some to try and wonder if anybody else has tried it? My problem is that I don’t know whether it is working, but it is full of good bacteria, much more so than standard products that we all buy and cost far more.
Google it and see what you think.
Hopefully this message will get through this time as the last one obviously got blocked. I don’t understand why because this is a natural product and not expensive snake oil only available through the Internet!

Hi Paul. Kefir is great and is so cheap to make yourself. I couldn't use it all and was sharing my kefir grains with all my family. It didn't cure my bb and I took a reaction to the dairy, it gave me the worst post nasal drip ever. Apart from that I did feel good, I might start making water kefir or coconut milk kefir to see if that agrees with me more.

It tastes disgusting and so it must be doing some good, although not as bad as Sauerkraut! ;-)

Yeah I disguised it in all sorts of smoothies to get the family drinking it. My son wasn't having any of it and my husband drank it to humour me 😂😂. It was like the magic porridge pot, I didn't have a fridge big enough to store it all.

I wish - our Tesco do not sell it nor do Asda - I can only get it from Sainsbury's and it is £2.50 for a small bottle !

Ah right. I get Tesco on-line and it is available through that route.
£2.50 is steep, but typical of their pricing policy.
