Chest xray

Hi all

How likely is it that a chest xray will miss lung cancer? Heard so many stories of this happening lately.... I had a chest xray in Jan 2016 and one Mar 10 2017 both clear but still having coughing symptoms all the time!

    IVE BEEN THE SAME LIKE YOU KAYLA MY RIGHT SIDE ALWAYS IN MY BACK MY RIB CAGE HURTS IVE QUIT 2 MONTHS AGO STARTED COUGHING UP BROWNISH MUCUS HAD TONS OF XRAYS COMING BACK CLEAR I GO ON FACEBOOK THEY HAVE A SUPPORT GROUP ITS QUITTING SMOKING I HERE STORIES LIKE OURS ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO QUIT LONGEER THEN US. WHO HAVE SIMILAR THINGS MY LEGS ALSO HURT IM THINGING THAT MAYBE THERE CLODED FROM WHEN I SMOKED TAR WILL PLUG THEM ASLWELL AS EVERTHING ELSE PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW YOU CT COMES BACK

    hi sorry if im doing this wrong but ive had a pain in my lungs for a few month now and they feel as ic someone is crushing me when i wake in the morning, i am really breathless now aswell and have just finished a second course of biotics which havent helped and have an inhaler and pain relief now but nothings helped, i went for a chest xray last week and it came back clear, i asked today for another dr app after hearing xray results for more biotics or sonething and was told but you dont need an app the xray was clear but i told the "receptionist" i wanted an app anyway, can someone on here llease advise me as im scared im wasting gps time now with her saying that but i want to get to the root of whats wrong
