45 male. 3 weeks of constant feeling of urine in head of penis - pressure. Urinating is a weak stream but get brief relief. Some hesitancy. No burn when urinating or pain anywhere else. No feeling in bladder just in the head of the penis. Going to the toilet a lot. Started after masturbating. All UTI, STI test negative. Painkiller and anti-inflammation pills don't work. Going crazy with the feeling. No previous penis trauma or surgeries. Had no meds. Dr won't give antibiotics as now infection noted.

Id go back to the start of the thread. Read all my comments. Only say that because i have posted in great detail of my experience, and i have already answered this. By concentrated i mean. more water i drank the more diluted it was. Less pain. More concentrated meant, less water more acidic, very yellow, more "concentrated". That acidity hurt the urethra, made all my symptoms worse. So despite drinking a ton of water making me go more, it kept me flushed, diluted, and helped the inflammation in the urethra heal. Hope thst helps. Please though check out the whole thread. lots of good comments and posts from lots of guys detailing there experience. Hope you heal up soon!

Damn! 13 months is a long time. I unfortunately dont remember the prescription name. But honestly it wasn't anything special. just a very standard anti inflammatory drug i think. More powerful than Ibprofen .

I faced this problem after excessive masturbation, and realized that it might be muscle memory to ejaculate (urine or sperm). control on masturbation can help.
Also, don't FORCE your pee out, just let it flow out with relaxation , it will definitely help. Might also help you to last longer in BED.:)

Hi There:
I think you being in your '20's you did not have the Rezum procedure done which to some of us old dudes creates an irritation sensation the end of the penis. I am in my '70's and had the Rezum done and have residual irritation on the tip of my penis due to some idiopathic Rezum history. Don't know why or what. Some of the older guys in our forum have the same thing and morbidly curious of the cause

Hi There:
Sorry to hear about the same condition I suffer from. Mine is more intermittent as I have two or so days with minimal sensation at the head of the penis exactly as you describe! One new avenue is my urologist is going to perform a urodynamics test to ascertain that it might be a bladder issue; as the previous test I had last year their was a spike in the graph which means that there is a spasm in the bladder. Perhaps that is the reason for that nagging and annoying feeling on the tip of your penis: I have the same thing that you have, and I am afraid at this juncture it's only a guessing game or a process of elimination! Furthermore,if it's determine that a have a spasm in my bladder then the protocol of Botox on the surface of the bladder will eliminate that sensation I am told. You have to remember that urology is pretty much a guessing game and a process of elimination. I engendered that feeling at the tip of my penis after I had the Rezum Therapy done on 7-9-2019. Good luck, Bro!

Hi Guys:
Also what seems to alleviate that sensation on the end of your penis is a pill called: Urogesic-Blue made in the USA, thank God. It helps with the burning & discomfort & sensation, you can take it up to 4X a day. I am not a pill guy, I mean after all, I had the Rezum done so I wouldn't have to take those other pills for the rest of my life. I hope it helps as this suffering from post Rezum the doctors never revealed to you. Their only mantra is that: "we have 97% success rate.
