Constant head pressure in the temples and eyes

I have had pain and pressure in my eyes and temples for almost a year now. My face feels fuzzy and tingly and I feel woozy a lot of the time. Nothing takes the pain away when it is really bad. Tried Tylenol 3's and oxycocet with no relief. The only thing that helped with the intensity of the pain was Inderal (Proponolol) which is a migraine prophylactic or a high blood pressure medication. It relaxes the blood vessels. Even on the medication I had times when I still felt woozy and my face felt fuzzy and tingly. I went off the Inderal for a while as it also impacted my Gastroparesis and I am trying Flunarizine another migraine medication but not having much luck. I still have the constant pain and pressure in my temples and eyes on both sides. MRI on the neck and head were both normal. Really frustrated as I feel awful pretty much every day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Pain in my eye ball sockets, all day, everyday for 10 months now, feels like extreme pressure in my sinus, had every kind of blood work done, scope, culture, X-ray of sinus, MRI, ophthalmologist, neurologist and nothing, how can they not know whats wrong with me? so dizzy, I can't take it, my head is constantly spinning, eyes squeezing, I have been to ENT so much insisting there is something wrong with my sinus but he tells me its not my sinus.

Have you guys tried to check with a TMJ specialist. There must be a problem with your jaw alignment or bite. My dentist found misalignment in my TMJ taht can cause chronic headache and neck/shoulder pain or numbness.
May I ask if the feeling is just a pressure in your temple or with pain. Because in my condition, it is just a pressure then when I get worried, anxious and stress, pain follows.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your reply.
Last night, I had frozen head, feeling cold, numbness in my left side from head to leg but more in my face. My jaw locked pain , toungue and lips numbness.
It was horrible feeling. So my manager called an ambulance, went to A&E but Dr examined me blood test ok. So she said nothing to worry it could be stresse.
Dr advised me if it comes back and you have headache please come back and then we do a scan.
I really don't know what to do, I have done everything Brain,Neck, Ear MRI all clear.
I still have pressures in my head, noise in my ears specially night, I cannot sleep much because of the noise.
I have sinusitis which for sure is the problem causing me all this. My ENT give me spray Avamys to use each mourning after using strimar. He said use it for months and months to get a result. It helps a bit now.
My body still not connected together with the head. Feel confused and cannot go overcrowded places or bright light places too, is affecting my vision too.
Horrible disease, I wish some one find out exactly what is this.
I have MRI for my face to check trigeminal nerve to day.
I wish every one a quick recovery. But you need to force your self to do things and be able to go to work this condition is not going to kill us.orher ways staying home is not solution.
Take a good care of your self.

Have you checked your dentist or a TMJ sppecialist? Also you may try toncheck with your Psychiatrist. They can help to ease some symptoms.
Actually you will feel numbness around your head and face once you are stressed, angry, worried, anxious and other things that give tension to your nerves. And it might go down to your arms and legs. Sometimes tingling with numbness.
Do you feel any crunching in your neck or back of head or nape? Do you also feel clogged ear in your left side?

Yah I checked with my dentist, all ok. I had MRI for trigimal nerve but clear. So my Brain MRI shows minimal inflammation in my ear which connected with mastoid air cell. and sinusitis.
GP said is ok not serious problem use just nose spray and paracetamol for pain.
Is crazy but I still feel my right ear is worst and blocked and cannot pop it at all.
I am going to see ENT next week at the Hospital so hopefully they may do something.
I will let you know.
