Constant head pressure in the temples and eyes

I have had pain and pressure in my eyes and temples for almost a year now. My face feels fuzzy and tingly and I feel woozy a lot of the time. Nothing takes the pain away when it is really bad. Tried Tylenol 3's and oxycocet with no relief. The only thing that helped with the intensity of the pain was Inderal (Proponolol) which is a migraine prophylactic or a high blood pressure medication. It relaxes the blood vessels. Even on the medication I had times when I still felt woozy and my face felt fuzzy and tingly. I went off the Inderal for a while as it also impacted my Gastroparesis and I am trying Flunarizine another migraine medication but not having much luck. I still have the constant pain and pressure in my temples and eyes on both sides. MRI on the neck and head were both normal. Really frustrated as I feel awful pretty much every day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I have many of the same symptoms, and I'm wondeirng if any of you have issues with your spine. I have disc degeration in my neck, scolios lower down between my shoulder blades, and a twisted/tilted pelvis. My neurologist told me once to continue with the chiropractic care, because my spine is twisting. Today, I looked in the mirror and happened to notice a slant to my nose. It's not crooked, or off to one side... but the bottom where the nostrils are, is no longer straight across. The left side (where I have ALL my troubles) is now higher. After seeing that, I asked my friend to look at my face, study it... and asked if he saw anything. He said the left side... looks "different", when I asked him about my nose, he said Yeah, but everyone's not perfectly symmetrical. Haha.
Nope, not everyone is. But this is something new to me.
I found the following links when doing some research:

I thought it would be interesting for some of you.

Hello all, I have had this a few times where temples are tight with a lot of intense pressure this is the one constant symptom every time. the following symptoms I can either have a few, none or all at once...… neuralgia, eye pain/pressure, aching cheeks just below eyes, Jaw pain running straight across above the upper teeth, lower jaw pain, headaches in temples, aching around ears and top of neck at base of scull. I've had this last weeks or months at a time on different occasions, two weeks ago I woke with the mildest neuralgia over the course of the day it got worse by bedtime that night it was awful, but I woke up with it basically gone then over that next day I got all the symptoms I mentioned above all slowly join the party. It was the worst I had ever had it, I decided to try and approach it from a different angle, instead of popping a ton of painkillers, decongestant and anti inflammatory pills as I would normally do usually to no affect I instead got a plain saline nasal spray, plain dry eye drops used these both every couple of hours. I also firmly but not aggressively massaged all the areas that ached/hurt/had pressure with a good extra virgin olive oil (has anti inflammatory properties) at the same time (not in eyes obviously!) and made sure to relax my eyes to top squinting as this affects the muscles that are already tight. No word of a lie there was a big improvement in 24 hours, still there and unpleasant but bearable. continuing this routine and another 24 hours later and I could only notice things if I really stopped to focus on them. Now I'm not saying this was definitely what cured it, I cant prove it but I have never had it improve so quickly after only two weeks and considering it was the worst I had ever had it I'm thinking it's got to be worth a try for anyone that fancies it. Also I doubt it had any bearing on this but I started eating crystallised ginger at the same point as well whilst it has anti inflammatory effects not sure it would have helped in that area but if you wanted to follow everything I did to cover all bases then why not.
As I said it may have nothing to do with it, perhaps it was all coincidence but thought I'd let people know just in case it helps anyone
good luck :0)

Had the same thing for 2 years. all scans, tests etc come back ok. Neurologist said they were chronic migraines. i disagree.
seem to be worse when sitting or laying down. i get relief by laying face down when sleeping but that's not overly comfortable. desperate to find an answer and get back to normal. can someone add me to the mail list - ive run out of things to check so looking for some other avenues to investigate. thanks.

I'm so sorry other what you are going through!!!
You should try Ultimate PAIN Fighter it has gotten rid of my headaches faster than anything else!!!!!!!
I suffered for years with migraines and headaches and now whenever I feel a headache coming on I put on UPF and it relieves it usually in less that 5 minutes!!! NOTHING has ever worked that fast for me!!!!! The best part is there's no drugs in it so no weird side affects You just gotta try it it's awesome!!!
