DAMAGED GLANS SKIN PICS INCLUDED

Hi guys (and gals please chime in if husband etc had same and how you treated)...

Had unprotected sex while back , think caused some skin trauma , and I used harsh products to wash it around that time too, so really not sure on exact cause

entire glans is very dry and looks bad , when moistured looks better, however the issue remains and is killing my confidence . negative for sti, tried a fungal cream and steroid cream and minor improvements .

i dont know if this is yeast, bacteria , none of the above .

the pics dont do it justice really , much crinkled and shiny (different to the normal wrinkles and creases) .l was with just water as seen on all the forums and dry carefully. but then letting it totally dry out, looks awful. coconut oil made it worse for some reason not sure if that a sign of something . had sticky under foreskin at time not sure why , reading can be the skin trauma from chemicals and the skin cells repairing but as enclosed etc ends up sticking

so please has anyone had this level ,and can tell me how you treated it ? (or the level of the other gentleman's case I put link to at bottom)

please someone tell me you had the same as me and the below gentleman and managed to fix it , been a long while now and it is very stressful! thank you

    i have had the dry and wrinkled penis skin for more than a month. i myself used fungal cream but didnt help so went for the checkup. The doctor suggested me to use the cream called "Hydromol" which you can apply after shower(make sure first make your glans dry with clean cloths,dont use shops to rinse and clean,instead use Hydromol Bath and shower Emollient)

    Main point: Dont think too much and search google for the solution, It will troumoutize you more,Instead visit and seek sexual health services.

    That should definetly help.

    I have the same problem though im a virgin and i think this mightve happened because of the soap im using to clean the glans even my foreskin has gotten swollen and hurts a bit when pulled back due to the dry skin and the dry skin is on the foreskin and under it as well if you have any solution please let me know as its any day im about to get laid and im making excuses just to get this fixed

      hello people just thought i would add on to this , i have been suffering with this for a while ( same original post) just a damaged looking dry wrinkly glans . and always having to rinse glans after sex or masturbation as semen seems to really irritate it. i have recently done urine and semen culture and they where both positive for Enterococcus faecalis but i dont know if having this bacteria would cause these problems with my glans
