Dizziness, headaches, foggy, pressure in head & plugged ears

It's happening again, everyday it's the same thing and I don't know how to calm myself down. I think when ever I get these feeling I am going to pass out and die instantly. The dizziness gets so bad I have to hold my head and close my eyes I don't understand it. I always think I'm having a heart attack, stroke, blood clot in my head or cancer all the time because doctors still don't know why I get these symptoms. I get anxiety so bad because of the pain I get and I keep thinking the worse things. I keep thinking that i am getting the wrong diagnosis from the doctors and if I ignore the pain it is actually something serious then it's too late to do anything about it.
Tests that I got done in the last 3 years were: xray of my head and neck, mri of head, numerous blood work. I have done physio, chiro, acupuncture and massage therapy. Only thing that kind of helps is massage therapy which is what I am still doing now.
I am getting no answers and just worrying everyday. I just want these symptoms to go away I want my life back I don't feel like the same person anymore.

I recently presented with the same symptoms. I nearly passed out at work in July and was taken to the hospital. They did all kinds of tests to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack or stroke. I also get a low heart rate at times. My test came back good. Now I'm wearing a heart monitor and just completed a stress test. I get head pressure when I stand and start walking and my ears feel full. I feel off balance too. So incredibly frustrating!

Just wondering if you ever found out what the issue was.
I will get facial pressure sometimes right after a very quick dizzy spin. Then my left ear plugs and my left nostril. Then my balance is all off. Have been having this for several years but has been worse for the last 18 months.
Strangely it happens every day about the same time of day usually around 3-4 pm
Can you relate?

Hi Luis,
I realise your post is 6 months old but i had what the Dr diagnosed as BPPV after a serious vertigo attack last Tuesday. I had been feeling lightheaded on & off for a while. Anyway, done the epley & although not had another vertigo attack i still feel very lightheaded, then on thursday when cleaning my teeth it felt sore & when i had a closer look, the back tooth my Dentist has been trying to save had a small fistula underneath it with pus coming out of it! I had no pain at all. Unfortunately i cant get in to see the dentist till next week, i'm now wondering if this could be the root cause of all my problems! After treatment for your tooth did all the symptoms dissappear? Would be very grateful to hear how you are now.

Iv been having dizziness/fogginess on and off for a few years and have been told by doc it's bppv (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) which I believed because it does get worse when I move quickly or sit up sometimes, and also comes and goes for no reason. , it also comes with head pressure though. Iv done the exercises and epley manoeuvre several times with no result.
I'm starting to wonder now if my wisdom teeth are the cause. even tho they cause me no problems now, a few months ago , for 2 weeks straight I was in excruciating pain when they decided to come thru and I had x rays and was put on a list but the pain went away by the time I was able to see someone ... I'm wondering if the pressure I feel with the dizziness is actually just A very mild but constant headache from my teeth.
the x rays showed that my wisdoms are growing too close to the nerve that runs along my jaw and was too risky to have them taken out in the chair at the time and that's why I'm on a list because a specialist will need to take them out. I'm sure that having my teeth pressing on a nerve could be causing my whole head to feel f****d up. Iv read other forums and it's true that tooth pain can also come with dizziness. .
Even on days where I'm not totally dizzy I still always feel this constant head fog ~out of it ~ feeling and it's hard to think .
im 26 and it makes sense that all this comes at the time that my wisdoms also start coming. If I get my teeth out and it doesn't solve my problem I'm lost

Hey there, still the same. Still on a waiting list to get my wisdom teeth out. Have got a referral from my doc last week to see a vestibular specialist to see if they can properly diagnose any vertigo and help me if it's to do with that
