Yep. That is the roller coaster. Usually there is no rhyme or reason. But keeping a little notepad is helpful. Keep track of food, activity & stress or emotions. I found out a lot that way. See, when we feel good, we LIVE and put all the bad out of our minds. So well do things to make it worse. Don't go all obsessive, just pay attention & you may find some of your triggers.

    Even so, its totally normal.

So is this all from fibro or do you have a spinal injury or nerve injuries? I KNOW fibro can be so bad it doesn't seem possible to be that sick. But I need more info.

Stay away from sugar and anytying that turns to sugar in your body. Except kefir or yogurt. I'm not all better & life sucks with no meds but just that decreases inflammation enough to make you never want to go back.

i keep hearing that about sugar i have brown sugar and coconut palm sugar

in my tea iv tried giving it up but with out i am just asleep all the time worse than i am now . i no its a false energy but foods that take longer to break down are hard work for me and most my body cant cope with .

if your body is exshuted then it stands to reason your digestion is to .

mind u i eat very little in the way of cakes biscuits or sweets .and only the odd can of pepsi . sweetners are defo a no no to much research bares out harmful side effects. not for me . at least i know what sugar does to me . know ones to sure about the truth about sweetners. all i know is if ants wont go near the powder sweetner theres something dodgy about it . it makes a good deterant for ants .

Anything white like complex carbohydrates. Potatoes, white rice, white bread. They all turn to sugar in your body. Alcohol turns to sugar in your body. You can eat a bran muffin and get more sugar than if you ate three donuts. You may not purposely eat candy bars and down soda all day. But from experience, I promise you, you're getting an assload of sugar. It's so so so difficult to control and impossible to eliminate. But just paying attention makes all the difference. The only good sugar that I know of is Kiefer, which actually tastes like a yummy smoothie despite the name. It turns into a different type of sugar in your body and is extremely good for you according to my path.according to the health food industry, W is the only healthy sweetener alternative. I also use coconut sugar sometimes when I want something a little different, but I always I feel hurt afterward.

Try some tea with a high caffeine content, if you choose. Mine is called AWAKE. Lol But no sugar, just lemon.

      Correction. Kefir.

      Correction. Naturopath, not path.

And Stevia is only okay sweetener.

      Stupid autocorrect.

iv tried stevia its horrid ,and to much has a laxative effect.

not sure what u mean about kefir.

Eew. That sounds awful. Like I said, I use coconut sugar...or raw agave nectar. No way in hell I can go sugar free totally! And stevia is expensive. But that's all the rage.

Kefir is a fermented drink in the yogurt section.

Aah. There lies the dilemma. I'm in the US. You can actually order Kefir grains online and make it at home & add any fruit you want. That's the recommended way.

Looking back on this thread. Please stay away from pain meds. Things like Lyrica, Neurontin and even Tramadol are as harsh as you should go. It's a bad bad road, even when you need the narcotics.

Tina has some amazing advice. I would check out some of her past posts!
