Does anyone know what "FLEXISEQ and its "ACTIVE INGREDIENT", SEQUESSOME", is?

Both are trade mark names. It is a cream meant to relieve painful joints but it is extremely expensive. Before I go out and buy it I would like to know a bit more about it. I am male, 72 years, in overall reasonable health.

Quite agree with Silvia's sentiments; if the likes of Benny want to merely  be cynical and negative let them do this elsewhere.

you have here numerous people saying it works for them (me too)

you have nobody so far as I can see claiming any side effects good or bad.

benny, why imagine the worst without a jot of reason to do so?

yes it's expensive. Doesn't   mean it doesn't work.

so what if manufacturers -** in conjunction with lloyds chemists I think ** -  have made a donation to arthritis research. Good for them. Does that mean it doesn't work??

Oh that 1% of this skepticism were directed world wide to the totally unprovable matters of religion. Side effects??? it's gottem by the war-load!!

If Benny wants to seek out " complete and utter cobblers  " he could direct his attentions in that direction.

Meanwhile for me personally I am lucky I can ford a tube a week for less pain

Hi I used it for 2 weeks because Im trying to avoid an operation due for July. It wasrecommended and I gave it a god although I was a bit scared of its contents and what it does. I used it for 2 weeks. I stopped because all my joints started to ache. It made my better kneww as bad as the bad one. My arms cracked I had heat and pain everywhere. And a month later its the same if not worse. I have written to the firm in Luxemborg without a reply. If there is dangerous ingrediants why havent they said so? What has it done to my body? I feel poisoned!! Will it ever get out of my system it feels like its getting worse...everyone says its not the cream but just me and the condition getting worse. What in a month? I dont think so. I really do not know what to do and am having a blood test tomorrow.

Sorry to hear you are having a bad time carmel70628 neutral

This cream couldn't have caused your flare up because this cream doesn't do anything, everything about it is very fishy indeed cheesygrin My advice, don't avoid the operation (due in July) as it has proven health benefits smile

But you said that there were dangers? Why are you going back on what you said? What is the dangerous ingredients? Your words: as far as I'm comcerned the stuff is potentially harmful. Please explain?

Hi William and everyone, I have just started to use this product and so far have not seen much change. I was advised by someone who is using it and finding it helpful that you don't need to use very much of it, certainly not the length they say on the packet, for knees. How much do you use?

Has anyone tried it on lower back? That is where most of my pain is coming from.

      Hi Redkite,

This product is designed to lubricate in between the joints, so it would depend on whether your back pain is in joints or muscle as to whether the product will work for you

Thanks for this. It's OA in the spine, sacro iliac joint, so I guess it's worth trying with the Flexiseq

I have found it really good, and the added  bonus is, that it doesn't interfer with any other medication, I know it's expensive @ £18+, but I order mine from Ireland and manage to get it post free!!! for £43 for 3 tubes!!

This cream is for people with osteo arthritis, it contains no pain killing drugs, it helps to build up fluid in the joints. I think it's unlikely to help your sister, sadly.

I have suffered with gout for over 30 years, avaeraging about 3/4 acute attacks a year up to about two years ago or so, thanks to allopurinol. However I have had two very bad attacks recently and was wondering if anyone thought this Flexiseq could help deal with acute gout attacks.

    Many thanks

Hello yes, I have been using it for my hip and low back pain and its definitely made a difference.  The pain is much less after just a few applications.  Hope it works for you too, but I guess everyone reacts differently.  Good luck.

Hi yes its worth trying definitely, although it's expensive.  If it works for you like it does for me it's certainly good. It seems to work on my back and hip better than my knee for some reason!  Good luck anyway.

      Hello Christine,

My main problem is hip pain.  I've used the gel on my toe joints, which were the next problem, and it seems to have helped a lot, but I don't know how to apply it to reach the hip joint - any suggestions please?!! It doesn't seem such an obvious joint to get at easily.
