Does this look like Genital Warts or Vestibular Papillomatosis? ***GRAPHIC PHOTOS***

My bf cheated on me with a woman in Feb who he says is getting tested for HPV. I noticed these finger like tube things on my vulva or inner labia last week. I checked everyday and they weren't there until Wed. or Thurs. of last week. I'm currently awaiting my results from my full panel STD test I took two Saturday's ago. I'm worried they're warts but from what I've seen they don't look like warts. What could they be? They started in a like a circle but now go down in like a line. I have another app. with my doctor tomorrow to take a look at the lesions. I got my period so please be warned, the photos attached are extremely graphic!

i have the same thing and i've had them since 2017, they sort of come and go for me, i noticed it for the first time few months after my first sexual intercourse, and then it left after a month and i completely forgot about it, i'm not very sexually active, but i had sex maybe twice or thrice since then and nothing, until last year 2019 i had sex and it came again but left very quickly this time, in like 2 weeks, and now currently i'm very sexually active and it has come again, worse than ever, its way more now, some of them are bigger in size, and recently they started burning a little only on the right side when i pee, it sucks that there's no proper research on VP and most doctors don't even know what it is according to what i've read here, but it's a bit comforting to know i'm not the only one going through it.

what did the doctor tell you about them? I am the same - they come and go, I notice they come after sexual intercourse but not only then.

unfortunately i've never seen a doctor about them, i plan on, but with all i'm reading on here it seems no doctor has given very good information about it or how to get rid of it because they are not sure what it is which is very discouraging

The same situation for me! A few weeks after I've lost my virginity, they appeared. I haven't had sex recently, so I don't know if it really gets worse after more times of having sex. Glad I'm not the only one!

Does this also look like VP to anyone?? I had STD testing (bloodwork and urine sample) and got a call that I did not have any. I also had a pap smear done and that came back fine too. However I was naive and didn't voice my concerns about these bumps, because I thought my doctor would notice them, mention them, and tell me she wanted them tested. Thank you so much for your time!!
