My bf cheated on me with a woman in Feb who he says is getting tested for HPV. I noticed these finger like tube things on my vulva or inner labia last week. I checked everyday and they weren't there until Wed. or Thurs. of last week. I'm currently awaiting my results from my full panel STD test I took two Saturday's ago. I'm worried they're warts but from what I've seen they don't look like warts. What could they be? They started in a like a circle but now go down in like a line. I have another app. with my doctor tomorrow to take a look at the lesions. I got my period so please be warned, the photos attached are extremely graphic!

Hi girls, nice to know all of you and thank you for starting this discussion.
I've been looking for many people who has the same experience but seems that our case is quite rare. First time I notice mine was 5 months ago, I went to gynecologist and he refer me to the dermatologist. I did all the test and it's negative for HPV and STD (mine doesn't change colour when contacted to acid, not itchy and no discharge). My doctor said, this thing is not dangerous and could not be transmitted but the reason why they are there is unknown. and no one know why it comes back.
So what he did to me, he put sort of chemical that burns and let the new skin grow. I did 5 treatments because everytime I did it there were always the tiny one that we missed growing until we make sure nothing left. Last month I need to move to another continent and i just realized couple of days ago that i got it back in different location 😦
is there any suggestion for home remedy perhaps?

im having a similar issue. ive only had unprotected sex with one person and these bumps started showing up almost 2 weeks later after condom sex. I am very frightened and he swears hes clean and even said he'll take an std test for me. These bumps turn red and ichy sometimes. they are uncomfortable and i notice one little bump on my clit. What is going on??? i pray every day and night because im do scared and im going to get an std test this week. last time i got checked was june and everything was alright and ive had the same partner for months and im just now seeing these. hey.. since it looks like the pics the others have posted, it is not any std... check to see tho and tell us about.. you should read the comments the others have written.

the only thing that would worry me with what im seeing is that they look raw on the sides... ate they just like that or have you been scratching?

they were like that when they started, but after a year i dont feel anything.like i posted before, they appear and disappear and some are in the same place. now they are sort of white ish.Also girls, i wanted to know if any of you who are suffering from this have used contraceptive pill and have stopped.... I noticed mine appeared after i stopped taking mine. idk if it is just a coincidence or a hormonal problem.

i dont take birth control so i wouldnt know. but that could be a hormonal change. the only way to know though is to get tested. i even took it a step further and got a biopsy done when all the std testing came back negative.

oh it did come back it was negative of all the bad hpvs...so after that i got a sub typing which is a test for all the hpvs(low risk ones that cause genital warts) and that came back negative as well so im convinced mine isnt anything std related. However, i still dont want it haha. so i am getting it lasered off next month. now that may seem extreme but its right for me... but like i said just go get tested nothing is worse than making yourself sick with worry. its better to know!

make an appointment and get tested! i will be here and supportive no matter what the outcome! its better to know. you could have just been rough having sex or like you said a hormonal change. but youll never know and just keep wondering!

hi..yes I have noticed these small finger like projections as soon as I have stopped taking tat hormonal tablets my doctor prescribed to me for my adult acne. these tablets are contraceptive tablets. should i be worried. they are itchy.

OMG! i recently started developing this problem! ive been with my bf for over a year now and i didnt have any issues or growths until last week.
I was on birth control for almost a year but stopped in august cuz i had to travel so i wouldnt be able to see my bf until this month! i started the pill again but after 3 weeks thats when i started developing these itchy papillae-like growths in my inner labia (i think thats what its called?). It was soo intensly itchy and it hurt a little when i wash my vagina!!
I was worried that it was an STD but i havent had sex with other anyone since my bf and I know for sure my bf hasnt either. I read online that vp is normal and that its not an std but its still extremely worrying that i suddenly started getting these growths down there!
Does anyone have any tips on how to treat this without going through laser or surgery??
p.s in the picture i drew over my nails cuz they werent coloured properly ahahaha

ughh the picture didnt come out as clear as i originally took it!!! but yh its the sams type of papillae looking growths in the area i circled!!

Hi i went through the biopsy process it came back as features show hyperkeratosis and irregular acanthosis but no evidence for papilloma .
After reading that low risk types not being tested how do u request a subtyping for all forms of hpv or justlow risk types?
